We booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice however we did get there late one day and there wasn’t much left. Location was also great.

Don’t be fool by the picture they posted. There are two Asian Ruby Hotel. The one we stayed at is a Boutique (shop lot turned into Inn). AC not working, no safe box, noisy too.

Close walking distance to everything but still a quiet night sleep. The staff were very helpful, kettle in room didn’t work late at night and they replaced it for me asap with a new one that did.

Our window was broken and didn’t close properly, so it was always noisy in the room. There were no towels and no hot water. The room hasn’t been cleaned during 4 days even once. Some furniture and panels on the floor (!!!) was damaged. It was a short stay for us, so I didn’t ask to change the room, but the hotel looks like trash can, so I’m not sure if they have better rooms.
