We had some issues with our safe box and AC (couldn't turn it on/off/control the temperature).

The hotel is located within 5-15 minutes walk to almost all major sightseeing spots. The staff, especially Celina are very proactive, helpful and welcoming, they took time to explain us the facilities and gave us recommendations for our stay in Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean, bright and is good for a group of friends or a family trip. The breakfast buffet was decent too (sort of Vietnamese twist on continental breakfast), but don't expect too much.

I was in Hanoi for one night. This hotel is in a great location and easy walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The staff are polite and very well informed. They gave great tips on what to see and where to eat which which was helpful as I hadn't done much research before arriving. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable, mattress was firm which is what I like. The included breakfast had both English and Vietnamese food. This included item to order yourself along with a small buffet. The food was good but I would not want to fill up before exploring what the city had to offer. Definitely would not hesitate to book another stay!

This is my first time my girlfriend and I travel to Vietnam, but also free travel. We were very happy to finding this hotel. This hotel has also added a lot of pleasure to our journey. My girlfriend also likes this hotel very much. The hotel staff praised her good-looking and made her happy all day. Especially the front desk and breakfast service area waiter, the service attitude is really good, let me very satisfied. A period of travel, in fact, the most important thing is to settle down in the accommodation, I think this hotel has achieved the perfect service. This was the first hotel I stayed at after landing in Hanoi and it was such a perfect start to my trip! They receptionist was so warm and welcoming, gave me lots of advice about Hanoi and traveling in Vietnam, which made me feel so safe and taken care of. The room was so cutely decorated, and the breakfast was great. The location is extremely convenient—close to everything you’ll want to see and eat in Hanoi. They even checked on me a couple days after I checked out to make sure I was doing okay in Vietnam! Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a great position, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff is very kind, they gave me a lot of information to visit Hanoi, including restaurants and attractions. They even made me a surprise since it was my birthday! Last, breakfast was very good! Definitely recommended!

The hotel was great. Lovely room. Very nice shower and comfy bed. The staff at reception was very helpful, extraordinary friendly and they had always a smile on their faces (even if the customers before were less nice). Especially Thao (Senila) and Linh (Rosie) were phenomenal - thank you so much. At breakfast Hien (noh hang) was always in a good mood and kept on singing to the radio - which was really lovely and made our start in the day even better. Good amenities, easy walking to the lake, to restaurants/street kitchens/coffee shops. Decent and good value for money.

The hotel was clean and in good order. The food was really good and the staff were excellent and were so customer focused. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this was one of the best, mainly due to the staff who were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to assist. For the price I couldn't have done better.

Great staff. Jessica was great even from before we started our trip. She helped arranje a taxi to collect us from the airport and kept communicating with us through WhatsApp. At arrival, she explained what to see and so tips to get through busy Hanoi. We were always received with the smile every time we entered the hotel. Rosie was also get checking on us after we continued our trip. Thank you
