The balcony was not really a balcony, basically doesn't exist. On lower floor, it's possible to hear noises from the streets in the morning. The pho from their breakfast was a bit soggy Wifi broke down for a while but they quickly fixed it.

Everything was perfect, it highlighted my stay in Hanoi. All the staff were sincere, friendly and helpful, always wearing a big smile. Not only the basic services like booking taxi and checking in&out were smooth, they were very willing to provide traveling tips with immense patience and professionalism. They also provide tours information for outside of Hanoi. Above all, they spoke good languages including english and chinese. They really strive for perfection in little details to make their guests feel happy, as well as serving us cold juice whenever we came back from the boiling streets. The rooms were exactly as beautiful as the pictures. Among the 3 separate nights we stayed there, they upgraded our room to executive room for 2 nights, while the deluxe room was more than fine. Those were the best rooms we could ever ask for at such price. Breakfast food was alright, we only had breakfast there once. It was a light buffet but you can also order dishes from their menu. We ordered chicken pho and omelette. The cafeteria was very spacious and decorated, with a lot of sunlight coming in. Throughout our trip in Hanoi, we constantly looked forward to coming back to the hotel whether from the streets or hotels from other places. It really felt like home for us.

The staff were incredible help to us as first time travellers to Hanoi. They couldn't do enough for us and we're great to sound ideas for trips and destinations from. The rooms are great and the location puts you right in the middle of old town, next to great coffee and restaurants on your doorstep. I would 100% stay there again. We didn't use the spa but it did look beaut.

Every staff member was amazing, we stayed in many hotels on our holiday but the staff here were the best. Super kind and helpful. Senila especially was super awesome as she reached out on what’s app before we arrived so I could chat with her and ask her a few questions and also book some bike rentals in for the following morning. Most helpful staff ever!

The ladies at reception are so warm and inviting. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. The hotels decor is delightful, it awakened my senses. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious with a variety of choices. The hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was great, down the road was the lake.

We had some issues with our safe box and AC (couldn't turn it on/off/control the temperature).

The hotel is located within 5-15 minutes walk to almost all major sightseeing spots. The staff, especially Celina are very proactive, helpful and welcoming, they took time to explain us the facilities and gave us recommendations for our stay in Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean, bright and is good for a group of friends or a family trip. The breakfast buffet was decent too (sort of Vietnamese twist on continental breakfast), but don't expect too much.

I was in Hanoi for one night. This hotel is in a great location and easy walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The staff are polite and very well informed. They gave great tips on what to see and where to eat which which was helpful as I hadn't done much research before arriving. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable, mattress was firm which is what I like. The included breakfast had both English and Vietnamese food. This included item to order yourself along with a small buffet. The food was good but I would not want to fill up before exploring what the city had to offer. Definitely would not hesitate to book another stay!

I stayed at Eliana Signature multiple times during my trip to Vietnam because of the convenient location and excellent customer service. Each time I returned, the staff remembered me and made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Room service was also a bonus!
