We arrived at the hotel very late in the evening and got a quick welcome from Simon, he helped us with a last minute plan for our HaLong trip the next morning. Breakfast is great to start the morning for trips. The hotel is great with the location right next to Hoan Kiem lake, moving is really convenient. This is definitely the ideal place for a stopover in Hanoi.

keep in mind that the hotel has an elevator, but you need to walk up one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator if you have any accessibility issues

great location in Hanoi old quarter, and it was only a 1 minute walk to hoan kiem lake. the staff was lovely and super attentive, and even upgraded us to a bigger room for free when they realised we had four people. the hotel is also on a quieter street, so we had an amazing nights sleep without any honking or yelling from outside.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The manager and staff will do their best to make sure it’s a great place to stay, moving forward. Simon in particular, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I can think of any negative - the bed was very comfortable, towels and pillows are the most luxurious we have experienced in Asia, the room was very large and exceptionally clean, the shower was amazing. The breakfast room is lovely and light and the combination of buffet and cooked to order is a nice touch, great location, great wifi and air conditioning. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Hanoi!

Nice central area, just a short walk from the lake. Simon was incredibly helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay, room just like the pictures and very quiet and comfortable.

The working staff was very friendly and kind, always with this typical Vietnamese smile, always willing to help you in every moment! Even if we stayed for very little time there, we definitely felt like home. They are also interested in always improving their facilities. The hotel's location is very central, meaning that you can readily reach old quarter by walking. Very nice choice for staying in Hanoi!

Small bathroom not separated the shower.

Bed really confortable. It's a place where you only go to sleep, not to spend long hours because during the day is very busy and noisy outside. The reception with Simón on charge is really good and kind.
