Great service from the friendly hotel staff who offered suggestions on what to eat and where to go, clean room, elegant decor, good breakfast. The location is great, you can also walk to Hoan Kiem Lake without spending too much time. We stayed here for 3 days 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay!

A nice hotel in Hanoi. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly - they go to a lot of trouble to help their guests. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and there is a huge choice. All the staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. We felt very sad when we left as if we were saying goodbye to friends.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at Emerald Boutique. The staff's warmth and hospitality were exceptional, making the experience truly memorable. We had a great stay at Emerald Boutique. Firstly it’s a great location, in the heart of the city. It is easy to walk to all the key places in Hanoi from the restaurants to the tourist attractions. The hotel has tastefully decorated rooms, a good size with very comfortable beds. However what makes this such a great place to stay is the staff. They are warm, friendly and helpful and will go out if their way to ensure you enjoy your stay.

The hotel itself is immaculate and boutique with a cozy feel. Our view from the top floor was incredible. Breakfast at this hotel was so delicious. There was no going hungry here; the food was always fresh and with a great variety of Vietnamese and Western options. And the service at Emerald Boutique was just incredible. If we return to Hanoi we will certainly stay with Emerald Boutique Hotel again!

We stayed 2 nights at Emerald and can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome. I wish I had taken note of their names so I could mention them personally. Our room had a super comfortable bed and stylish bathroom. There was an extensive selection at breakfast including items cooked to order. We were sorry to leave and will be staying there again.

Loved this hotel and its location. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They gave me good recommendations for restaurants, shopping and coffee. Loved the hustle and bustle of the city and the quietness of this hotel. Breakfast was great! They even had a shower that I used after checking out and before a night flight.

Great location - can walk everywhere in the city. The service was by far one of the best in all of the locations we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. They go above and beyond. Laundry service was very reasonably priced, and they even cleaned our white sneakers when they got pretty dirty. The breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed it every morning. When we left, the entire staff greeted us farewell. We highly recommend staying at Emerald Boutique hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights, which was broken up with a trip to Sapa. The hotel is well located in the heart of the city. The facilities are well maintained and clean, the bed and pillows ensuring a great nights sleep. I could not fault this hotel and thoroughly recommend it to everyone. My family and I decided to stay here when traveling to Hanoi. The hotel is full of hospitality and the staff are very responsive. The spots they introduced me to, from shops that give you a local Hanoi feel to stylish cafes, will not disappoint. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, the moment you step into the hotel, you will forget the hustle and bustle. I think I want to go again.
