There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Loved the lay out of the resort. The multiple pools which my son loved. The staff were more than helpful and always eager to be helpful no matter how small or big the request.

Nothing, allí the stay was perfect.

The atmosphere, decoration and facilities are impressive. The bungalows are super cozy and the bathroom is wonderful. Breakfast was rich and varied. Several pools (three) throughout the hotel so you always found one to be alone or practically alone. Although the hotel may be a bit far from the center, they have a free shuttle to the town and the beach, round trip, several times a day, so getting around is super comfortable. One of the mornings we were late and they provided us with another free shuttle just for us. They also have free bikes. First of all, I would highlight the staff, the treatment was impeccable, they pay attention to the smallest detail and are super attentive.

It was peaceful and relaxed. Three pools available to play in and a regular free shuttle to take you to the beach and old quarter. Free bikes to ride around on. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lovely omelettes and a selection of pastries.

The service of the staff was fantastic. They were always extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure their guests enjoyed their stay. Even so much as to braiding my hair for the wedding I attended. The place was also beautiful and picturesque. I truly tranquil escape. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and they had amazing coffee! Would 100 percent recommend.

Beautiful Bungalows with 3 lovely swimming pools. Staff were the friendliest we've encountered in our 3 week travels, they really are a credit to the hotel. The shuttle bus to town and the beach was super helpful. Booked an amazing cooking class. Lovely Massages.

Beautiful hotel, relaxing music in the restaurant, fantastic swimming pools, good food, everything you need to relax and have a nice time. It was hard for us to leave this place. Our children received at the end a gift, handmade by the very nice lady from the reception. We have never met such helpful and nice people in a hotel.

Nothing to dislike at all.

We stayed four nights on a trip around the south and stayed in five hotels of which this was the best. The facilities were excellent and our room opened onto a lovely pool, one of three. Breakfast was excellent and the food all good. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they are always wanting to help you out. Our room wasn’t enormous but the bed was huge and the bathroom excellent. We also had our own terrace in the shade with a nice big settee to lounge on between pool visits. The hotel is ten minutes away from the old town but easily solved with the hotel’s own shuttle which goes to the town and the beach. We didn’t use that and used rental bikes and grabs which were very cheap. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and really good value for all the facilities.

Everything was great and we can only recommend this hotel.

This hotel was recommended from our friends and we know now why. The staff is so friendly. We checked in early in the morning and could leave our luggage at the hotel. We got a first introduction to the hotel and recommendations for tours, tailors and restaurants. They offer a transfer to/back the city a few times during the day. Bicycles can be rent for free. The Garden View room was really nice with a comfy bed, a big bathroom and a nice terrace with river view. Breakfast was great with a mix of western and asian food, vietnamese coffee, fresh fruits.

Everything was perfect. The room is super spacious, clean and they provide free water and coffee. Inside the room they also provide anti mosquito spray and umbrellas. The breakfast has a lot of choice, from sweet to savory. The staff is very helpful and they can arrange for you everything you might need. I would go back to this place even tomorrow. Memorable stay!

We stayed for four nights but would be happier if it were closer to 4 years!

This is the best value stay we have ever had in many decades of traveling around the world. The photos look great but don't do the place justice. It really is a special, special place and if we were in the area again would not even consider any of the thousands of other hotels in the Hoi An area. We would choose Enso Retreat every time. It is the Goldilocks of accomodation in Hoi An (JUST RIGHT.) Thanks to all the staff: Gardeners, Shuttle Bus Drivers, Restaurant Staff, House Keeping and Reception Staff. They are a great team of people and deserve a pay rise once business picks up.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning setting with beautifully landscaped gardens, including herb gardens and archways of jasmine flowers. There are three pools, cleaned daily, surrounded by sun loungers. The bungalows are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The attention to detail is incredible. Every member of staff is so helpful, friendly and professional. We used the cycles (all new) to explore the area and the shuttle to get to and from town. A real five star experience that we will always remember!

ENSO retreat is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are stunning, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely. Our room was right next to the pool. The pool was so nice. The staff are amazing . Special thanks to Thao, Tidi, Phong and Vy. They were always smiling and willing to help. They would greet us and wave us goodbye, nothing was ever too much. The Retreat was a bit away from old town, they run a complementary bus service a few times a day to and from the old town and to and from the beach. There is a small convenience store over the road and a place to do laundry to the right about 200 meters down the road for 50k per kilo for 6-8 hr service , they also delivered it back to the retreat. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We were told the retreat on opened 5 months ago, the trees are small but the gardens are stunning.

There was a lot of wildlife at Enso - from frogs to lizards to spiders. If you are afraid of those type of things then maybe I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff at Enso retreat were exceptional. They were so helpful with anything that we needed. When my partner was sick they brought some food to help him feel better, free of charge. All members of staff, from receptionists to gardeners to housekeeping, were all so friendly. The facilities at Enso are beautiful, and the pool facilities are amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Only that we didn’t stay longer, I could have stayed there for months!

It was amazing stay, the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. Reasonable price but luxurious experience. Our room was very clean, comfortable. It’s the best place to relax. There is a free bus shatle from the hotel to the city and sea so the location is just perfect!
