The standard of my room was excellent the biggest asset this hotel has is its staff from the hotel reception who are always very polite but professional To the breakfast staff who cannot do enough for you and as a bonus the breakfast choice was excellent also the security team were always a privilege to deal with of all the hotels i have stayed in over the years this as the best staff i can remember for a hotel i have stayed in

Advertises a roof bar but it was not available.. Only 3 sun beds maybe a couple more would be good. Also advertised a restaurant in the the hotel but it served breakfast. Overall though this didn’t really detract from our stay.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants for all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good, something for everyone. Would definitely stay there again.

This stay was truly remarkable and surprisingly affordable! The atmosphere was modern and upscale. Our corner room on the 7th floor treated us to panoramic views of Danang City, courtesy of its floor-to-ceiling windows. Located on a lively street, we appreciated the abundance of dining options and activities nearby, with the beach just a short walk away. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight, offering a relaxing escape with stunning views.

Small things but an iron would be handy for travellers. Also the shower screen is very small meaning some water leaks onto the floor if you’re not careful.

New, very clean property with the most comfy and huge hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Great location walkable to beach, dragon bridge and eat streets. Pool was fantastic and breakfast, while small, was tasty. Spa massage also excellent, and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Every member of staff was so polite and friendly. Great comfortable beds . Large rooms . Fantastic pool lovely too cool down in the hot weather . Location is great so easy to get around. Breakfast was lovely . Set up of the deluxe room was great. Would absolutely stay here again

Nothing, I Loved everything.

The staff were so nice and tried there best to get our rooms together, originally they were not able to but when we asked if we could they offered to swap the rooms the next morning for us as it was late at night. They were always welcoming and ready to help us with our luggage. They were helpful to arrange transportation for us as well and gave us information about the best places around. The morning breakfast was delicious too.The rooms were spacious, clean and pretty. My children are always telling me they miss this hotel and it is there favourite!

Very clean and comfortable but the staff (every one of them) were inviting and hospitable. Of the 144 countries I have visited since retiring in 2001 I have never been so well treated as by the staff of Estrella. Tracy, Li and Vi were truly outstanding in their welcoming ways - they went about and beyond our expectations - I only mention these three staff because their English was very good but the ones whose English was not as good were always greeting us with their smile and offer to help.

Firstly, the check out process was a bit unusual. We left at the time we needed to get to the airport, but had to wait in reception while they checked our room before we could leave, meaning we were delayed setting off to the airport. The breakfast could have also had a bit more variety and could be extended half an hour later as it currently finishes at 9:30am

The staff were amazing, especially the manager Tracy. They helped us loads with trips and guidance. They also sorted us out with a take away breakfast as we were leaving on a day trip earlier than the breakfast started, which was a lovely touch. The bedroom itself was amazing, with a great layout and facilities, including a very comfortable bed and a nice bath. The location is also great, with a short walk to the beach, as well as amenities within a couple of minutes walk.

The breakfast time was rather early, concluded already by 9.30 so in order to really enjoy our sleep in the super comfy bed, we skipped it one time (but other 2 times the selection was nice). Gym area was super small and bar was not open (a work in progress).

Where do I start? This place is a gem! Our room was modern, nice, clean&comfy. Housekeeping quick but thorough! The bath with a view was a nice touch to our room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Internet was super fast and reliable (even for video calls). A massage centre on the 2nd floor with sauna and steam room was a nice experience!

The staff were exceptional. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond amazing. The selection and the quality was better than going out to any of the recommended restaurants. The atmosphere was pleasant, relaxed, extremely clean and the staff seemed to be pleased, proud, and happy to work at this restaurant putting in extra discretionary effort. The rooms were clean, and cleaned each day exceptionally. The beds were not cheap mattresses, they were like sleeping on a cloud. All amenities were provided such as razor, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, good and working bicycles with a helmet (!) and umbrellas. After travelling a while and visiting many hotels, these items were certainly not the norm at all hotels. The location was excellent. It was very easy to get around on foot, bicycle or taxi anywhere from this location. Also we ate at the local cafes, restaurants and there was a small street vendor selling Banh Mi’s which were one of the best we had during our trip.

I wish i could stay more days.

I did love the staff and hotel facilities at the start of my trip but my profound respect for the staff at this property increased when i injured my leg and the staff did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and hassle free.
