Excellent location to the heart of Hue. Good breakfast place, good customer service and a very clean hotel. Beds super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place. Good value for money.

Comfortable and clean room with great lighting, English TV channels, great location by the main bar area. Eva was a fab host, we had a late sleeper train and she let us keep our bags at the property while we went on a tour she booked for us and even use her shower when we got back.

The owner was lovely, always ready to help. The location was good, just a few minutes walk to the centre. The room was good! We appreciated the fridge and the aircon.

Spacious room with balcony, clean (just some ants, but this is Vietnam), with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The owner will give you tons of nice suggestions on where to go, what to see.

Central location less than 5min walk to the night walking street The host was very helpful and helped with getting laundry done in a very short time Good wifi, quiete street close to everything (30min walk to the imperial city).

The owner was really nice, easy to communicate with. We had an upgrade of room, but also the hotel and everything was clean, I love the fact they put soap and the small details in the bathroom, you also have a kettle and a fridge in the room, light next to bed! It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants ! Def recommend Eva Homestay

The aircon wasn't very cold even though it was on its lowest setting. May be this was because it was such a large room. There was also a fan, and we still had a very comfortable nights sleep

Stairs in the Eva 2 building is a bit slippy, and slanted. Wardrobe smelled a bit musty

Eva is really friendly and helpful, offererd us lots of recommendations. Really central location, close to lots of good bars and restaurants. Booked our bus for us on to Phong Nha. Clean and comfortable rooms with good aircon. Comfy beds and decent showers also! Free drinking water refills as well!

Great location. Comfortable and clean room. Ms Nhip (Eva) was so attentive and friendly. She helped us plan out our itinerary and organised a driver to bring us to some sights. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer but she had no availability

No lift in the property so if you have mobility issues check with them before hand but that is completely normal for this style of building.

This is an excellent little place,. It is in a superb location. Very easy short walk to the riverside and also a few moments away from the walking streets and main restaurant area. The great thing is though that it is tucked away in a small side street. Abd so it's siang very quiet with hardly any noise. We stayed here for 4 nights and slept brilliantly. The family that run it are very helpful and caring and do all that they can for their guests. I think that this place represents great value for the cost and would stay there again if in Hue. This place also has excellent WiFi which made it possible to be able to do work zoom calls etc. A really enjoyable stay here.

If I could have stayed more than one night! No negatives :)

Eva is an incredible host! I arrived early from an overnight bus and from the moment I arrived I felt welcome. I only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. She also provided an efficient and affordable day-of laundry service. It was in a nice area - about a 30 minute walk to the Hue ancient town.
