The weather. Resort breakfast is expensive,however you can have breakfast made in the villa for much less. Wasn't clear that this is not part of the main resort and as such reception have nothing to do with villa.

Villa was excellent, couldn't fault the facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially jenny and vim. Sarah provided excellent communication.

Happy vacation, There are many choices for East Asian breakfast, and I'm very impressed with the fresh ingredients of DN City. It is a good place to stay with the private pool, and the staff supported me with all the information on WhatsApp, special thanks to Sarah, Vince, and Jenny were always there to help immediately. If there is one thing that could be better it was the balcony seatting I think the sofa could do with replacing

A great place to stay for a few days with the family Sarah and Mr Vince have been really helpful with anything we required ans always smiling With only a short walk through the grounds to get to the beach it a perfect place to rest and recharge whilst visiting Vietnam One suggestion i would make is As this this a self catering apartment it would be good idea to purchase some food items from a store.before you arrive. There are a few local shops(about 10 min walk) but they may not sell the items you require as we found. Over all a good standard and great place to stay Would Defo recommend to our friends Mr Vince see you soon

Right from the onset Vince was very welcoming . I had trouble setting the tv to English and he came twice to fix for us , nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay !

My family and I recently enjoyed a marvelous stay at The Ocean Villa Resort, and words can hardly do justice to the amazing experience we had! Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 little ones under the age of 3, and the resort catered to all our needs effortlessly. The private villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious, allowing each of us to have our own little haven to retreat to after a day full of activities. Furthermore, with the beautiful beach just a few minutes away, we could easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever we wanted. There was no shortage of things to do at The Ocean Villa Resort. From water sports and beach activities to relaxing by the pool, our days were filled with excitement and fun. The staff were the epitome of perfection - always attentive, warm, and extremely helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

No supermarket or convenience store nearby. Better buy enough drinks and snacks before checking-in. But the villa could assist you in everything, including food ordering and grocery shopping.

The villa was very nicely decorated with great view, which is why we extended our stay by two nights. Room service cleaned the villa every day. Particularly noteworthy was the assistance of Sarah and her team. Every request was solved quickly. We can highly recommend the accommodation especially with Sarah's team.

I would strongly recommend to choose this Ocean Villa as your choice of accommodation if you are planning to visit both Hoi An & Da Nang in one trip. The resort is located at the middle of both town and you can easily reach to both area with a very short period of time. The resort has their own section of beach, you could enjoy the sun, sands & beach there, moreover there is a sea view restaurant in the resort area where is a must visit spot. I personally love their service very much, their staff - Sarah has contacted me after I book the room nights, and she arranged all the necessary transportation from the airport to resort. Surprisingly she arranged in-room check-in for me due to I had evening flight and arrived at night time - so I don’t have to running around in the resort for my arrival. The breakfast there is also a must try thing, that chef came to my room and make the breakfast for me personally. The resort has an amazing pool and provide several activities including archery, bicycling. I am actually a hotelier in a 5 stars hotel, and kind of picky due to my profession; Unexpectedly, their personal service surprised me deeply. Their staff Sarah follows up my trip day by day, to ensure everything is smooth - including all the transport, restaurants reservation, and introducing the city information; she is just like a personal assistant through out my trip. As a hotelier, I would said you can hardly for the same kind of personally service in other place else.

The accommodation is somewhat worn out(for ocean suite). And it is a bit far from the city, so if you wanna go to the downtown of Danang or Hoi ahn, it will take about 25mins by car(10~15km).

It has its own beach. Has an awesome view. And it has many swimming pools, so you can swim whenever you want. Above all, all the staffs are very kind and regardful.

They coordinated the suites with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp which I thought was a bit inconvenient, since the butler would only be only during office hours. It would've been nice if there were a direct land line to the reception from the room for quick and simple requests.

They served us breakfast by sending us a chef every morning so we were able to enjoy a variety of hot food, fruits and tea/coffee in our room! Not only was the food tasty, the staff were also nice and helpful.

Service and staffs not so good. For example, a staff tried to charge me more. They didn’t provide service as committed. However, after I showed the evidence, he accepted and apologized.

The beach and pools were great but this isn’t really a hotel. It’s a strange service where you are checked into an apartment that is part of a complex of apartments, some are owned and occupied by people, and some are run by other companies so you don’t get a reception or staff to help. You can’t get towels easily and your are marooned in a gated community where the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive taxi ride away. Instead there is an expensive (average) restaurant. The beds aren’t great and the room needs an upgrade. On the plus side the beach is really beautiful and the staff who did help us out were friendly.

The experience was overall very bad. Old and damaged furniture, the bed was hard and you only get one pillow, mold everywhere, no service personal, noisy at it is directly located at a Main Street, you do not get hand towels. In my opinion the pool was not cleaned for months. furthermore there is only one possibility to eat in a restaurant as Da Nang is around 30 minutes away. The restaurant is overpriced and the food so-so. I have also tried the Spa - they are not really equipped for this. These apartments never deserve 5 Stars. It is max a 2 Star experience. If you are looking for a luxury stay then do not book these villas/apartments.
