This is a budget hotel, you will have a simple room but with all you need, perfect for one night close to the airport. We spent a few hours resting, between two flights. It is very close to the airport, 5 minutes driving. With such a cheap price you have a room to sleep, beds are ok, quite clean, AC. Nothing to complain.

It is so close to the airport, that it is hard to get a Grab to the Terminal - it is not worth for the drivers. At night no Grab around at all. Ask the owner who offers transport.

Unfortunately the communication is difficult. It took one month to get any response to an email. I had also requested collection from an international flight but got an ambiguous reply so wasn't surprised when there was nobody to collect me. After waiting a while I went back to buy a SIM card so I could get a Grab then discovered whats app messages requesting me to call the driver on arrival. Not sure how he expected someone arriving from abroad to see the messages as there didn't seem to be any WiFi at the airport.I had asked one month previously about an early check in but got no response. I was six hours early so expected to pay around 25 - 30 % of the nightly rate. Instead , using Google translate, I was told I would have to pay the full rate or cancel my booking and find somewhere else as he didn't want a bad review. It was raining, I didn't want to schlepp my bag around looking for another hotel so I had to agree to a £2 discount on the night rate for an early check in and I didn't appreciate the tone that Google translate was using. I have been traveling around Asia full time for two years now and this was the least pleasant check in experience so far. The couple seemed nice afterwards so I assume that Google translate makes Vietnamese sound more aggressive and patronising than necessary

Great location, clean and spacious room with good WiFi and sufficient hot water. There's also a smart TV to wait out your transit time. Nearby are plenty of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend using this transit hotel before an early flight.

We booked this very spontaneously because our flight got cancelled, but everyone was very nice and even offered to drive us from and to the airport for pretty cheap. They had a small a variety of food avaliable for dinner, so we didn't have to look for a restaurant.

Airport is 20 minutes walk, but since it was raining, they offer you their own taxi service, which I think is really overpriced.

The way the water was drained from the sink seemed so slow but we figured out later that when the angle of the plug of the sink is a bit tilted, it doesn't drain smoothly. And the way we are supposed to use the toilet was something different from the style in most other countries; we are NOT supposed to throw the toilet paper in the toilet and flush because it stops the water flow.

The staff were very kind, cheerful and helpful. The building and the lobby was nice and the room was simple but much more than what I paid for that. So, thinking of the price, it's a really nice gateway to Hanoi for me because the flight from Japan gets there past midnight and it's really close to the airport!

Airport pick-up and drop-off are a bit expensive, but you don't want to miss your flight. Breakfast is served at 7:00 AM. If your flight is earlier than this time, you'll miss it without any compensation.

Big and clean rooms, close to the airport but in front of a big field, nice view for breakfast. Very cold when we were there, and we had thin blankets, the heater was not enough. People helpful.
