Exemplary Flamboyant Ultra Luxury stay.. Location is Ultimate as we see in Vlogs. View of the Dragon Bridge from your Room Balcony. Staff is too too Good and Helpful. All Luxury things provided in the Room.. Food rates for Room Service is very very Affordable... We had Breakfast included which was a Big Spread of the best Quality Food... Your Visit to DaNang is incomplete if you have not stayed in FIVITEL

The location was epic and the view !!! I was blown away. I stayed at the 17th floor , I could view the da nang attractions and the roof top pool was amazing. I am definitely coming back. I also got a free foot massage

There were chips and sticky spots on the floor we could see it the first day we walked into our room. Other than that everything was great.

The breakfast items were rather limited and not refilled fast enough, in fact, mostly unrefilled. The hotel location is a bit off from the city centre.

The room is big. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Bellboys are always ready to help with our luggage and even the shopping bags that we came back from our shopping spree. Even the maintenance guy who came to help with some problem in our room were efficient and with nice attitude.

The breakfast buffet was nice, but they didn't cook the eggs properly they were still raw when we got them, and we ordered many times. We had to look for the breakfast buffet, no information was given by the staff, it could be nice if we got a small introduction. And no lock on the bathroom door, and no chairs on the balcony

This is a excellent property and the view from our de luxe room on the 18TH floor was incredible. Breakfast, staff all amazing. We had one issue with people in the room next door partying very loudly into the early hours but acall to reception and they sorted it out. Very very good choice of hotel

We had a magnificent stay at Fivitel Da Nang. The place is luxurious and very well maintained with excellent facilities. The location is great and we loved the breathtaking view from our room. Very friendly and polite staff . Ms Emmy , Ms Rosie and Mr Shinny were fantastic and assisted us with everything and even arranged a great bike for us. They even helped us in weighing our luggage before our checkout. We had the best choice of breakfast with many delicious options for vegetarians and the staff there were great too.The Ladies at the restaurant on top were exceptional and very helpful and we enjoyed our Pizza too. Spectacular views from the pool and the top floor too. We are extremely pleased with everything here and highly recommend this fabulous place. We will happily visit again :)

Building stand tall in the middle of the city the view from the balcony offers the dragon bridge view! what more can one ask for? The facilities are great they clean your room every day. The breakfast had a good spread too. Worth staying if you want to be in the city. The beach is a little away.

The elevator goes up to the 24th floor but the pool is on the 25th floor with fairly steep stairs to climb.

All of the staff were very accommodating especially Emma.The views were to die for would fully recommend staying here.

Food options are limited. There's no iron as well which I needed for my outfi. The bathtub was a high, wet.

Highly recommended hotel the receptionist as Cindy was so helpful, she had a lot of travel tips. Front staff friendly. The location was a bit away from the center but it's good to go to book grab ride. Overall, it was a good stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in Fivitel Da Nang and used it as a base to explore Hoi An and Da Nangs beach and river area. It was the perfect location with lots of coffee spots. We had a gorgeous balcony room with a view over the river and sights of both bridges, including the fabulous dragon bridge. The rooftop pool was an amazing addition to our stay. A special mention to Kim Taehuyng in Reception who helped us book a reasonably priced private day trip to Hoi An. Thanks Kim.

I am very happy to book this hotel, the price reasonable. Staff Cindy and the receptionists were very friendly and lovely. Room clean and spacious room has all you need nice balcony, sofa, safe, fridge, kettle all the basics. Location near Han River surrounded by river. You can watch the dragon fireball show from your balcony. Breakfast was okay, Rooftop swimming pool was really great view.The stunning views were definitely worth the price

The wind was too strong, and we could hear the wind howling the whole time from inside the room. The aircon was either too cold or stopped blowing entirely, not sure why. Location was a bit far from the main part of the city, not much shops nearby either.

The room looked like it was recently refurbished. The view was great - I could see the Dragon Bridge, and mountains all from my room window.

We got the presidential room expected to be wonderful but the constant loud noise in our room was so annoying because our room is under the pool filter. However, the staff tried to make our stay enjoyable by offering fruits and change of room of we want. They even offered a small discount to compensate for our inconvenience. Breakfast was average.

No vegetarian options at breakfast which was disappointing. They don't let you check in early, so plan accordingly.

The room was amazing. We took the ones with sea view, it was worth it- both view wise and location wise it's perfect. The staff, especially Shinny at reception was super helpful. He helped us plan the trip to Bana hills and other cab arrangements.

On the day of check out, the receptionist gave me another room's final bill. When I called, she apologised and sent my bill through WhatsApp. Honey was missing in breakfast. The bowl size for cereal, coffee cup size, plate size were small. Language was an issue although not so much with the receptionist.

Nice, clean, good location, scenic view from 23rd floor balcony. Good variation in breakfast!
