It was really nice stay here! Super polite staff, everyone smiling an very helpful. All the facilities are clean, good breakfest and we didn’t have any troubles or vorries. Thanks to all the staff! This hotel was in a prime spot downtown with an amazing 360 degree view of the city from the rooftop pool. Breakfast was excellent, the staff we very friendly. Close to the airport as well. I would definitely recommend it.

There was an unpleasent smell at times from the drains but it was not constant and it didn't really bother us. It was a large breakfast buffet but not really to our taste, subjective I know, but that's what reviews are! The stairways are tight.

This is a good hotel in a decent location, not too far from the beach and from where there are good bars and restaurants. We highly recommend the Happy Heart cafe about 10 minutes away, a lovely and friendly place with great food that supports young people with disabilities. The rooms were a good size and as we were on the 14th floor we had fantastic views. There are snacks as well as drinks in the room that you can buy which was handy for our son! Just fill in the form and pay at the desk at the end. Great to have a kettle to refill our bottles. The staff were friendly and helpful and keen to help book excursions etc. They didn't have motorbikes for us to do a long trip on (we drove out to Ba Na Hills) but they offered us local alternatives and we could park them securely at the hotel. Daisy was keen we mentioned her, thank you for your help! The rooftop pools are quite something with the view and there is some seating around if you want a drink in the bar up there (limited menu). It was hardly used by other guests! Helpful to look after baggage as we had a later departure on the last day. We found this a functional hotel that fully met our needs for a good stay in Da Nang.

nothing except that their must be a full cleaning once every week. like moving the furnitures. cleaning under bed etc . I've noticed that in every hotels .

I didn't like the breakfast

THE VIEW!! We had a partial sea view but wow it was amazing! I could see the lady buddha from lying in bed! The beds were very comfy and the location was perfect!

There are only 3 recliners at the pool which often are full. It would be nice if there were more. It would be great if they served more fruit and juice at breakfast since these would get eaten up right away. In my first room, the shower got cold somewhat quickly.

I loved this hotel so much that I came back again after visiting Hoi An! And I would stay here again! Great value. Very close to the beach. One of the taller hotels in the vicinity so the rooftop pool is special. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.

It was Tet so the banks were closed and I had to change money. Lady at reception gave me a much lower rate as I had smaller dollar bills and not one hundred. Small thing but to me a dollar is a dollar and I felt she took advantage of a guest🙁For the rest I had a great stay..

Very nice comfortable hotel, a short walk from the beach and sorrounded by shops and restaurants. Very clean with a great breafast and friendly staff. Definitely recommended, swimming pool on top gives a great view 👍 Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the hotel so much that we ended up staying there for almost a month. Seaview from the room is amazing, the pool is nice and breakfast is of good variety. The staff is absolutely exceptional - especially the girls at the reception, Lucy and Tracy, thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! Will sure come back here again.

I didn't want to leave 😭

Love love love this hotel .It's my 6th time staying here .Is the best location on the strip,,central between beach and dragon bridge. The rooms are spotless and the best thing about this hotel is the staff .they are all beautiful people and feel like family . Nothing is too much bother and you will leave as friends. It's my favorite hotel in the world . The views from the rooftop pool are amazing.

So friendly and helpful staff! Special thank you to Miss Lucy at reception: assistance contacting a local music teacher we located, to donate our guitar to his school! Excellent hotel, room and facilities!! Very quiet at night. 2 rooftop pools! With night time city views including Fire Dragon Bridge! Breakfast daily, included! Walkable to beach , market and many shops, including Dragon Bridge! Easy local bus to Marble Mountains! 40 minute Grab Ride to Ba Na Hills!

The wifi was slow

Helpful and friendly staff. They booked a roundtrip ride to Ba na hills, entrance tickets, and buffet lunch for our group in seconds. Even walked us over to the bank when we needed cash. Good food suggestions. Free breakfast on the rooftop is awesome.

Fivitel King is great. This is the first time i coming to Da Nang and i don’t know everything. But all the staff here were very kind to introduce me to places to visit, eat,… Room is comfortable, breakfast was so delicious and changed everyday. Rooftop have 2 swimming pool with nice view. All are wonderful. I will definitely return to Fivitel King when I come to Da Nang!

Really a nice hotel. I’m very like the location of hotel because I can go to the beach everyday. The rooms are beautifully designed and cleaned. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. Buffet is so a lot of choice. Special, the hotel have 2 swimming pool with great view, i love it so muchhh. I’m will comeback soon.
