The rooms are very dark and you don’t get any fresh air due to all of the windows being inside the actual building. We did have a couple of cockroaches in our bathroom but that cannot always necessarily be helped. When showering it’s important to not keep anything in there as the water does go absolutely everywhere (more so than I’ve experienced in other bathrooms where your shower head is usually just above the toilet)

The property was only a short walk from the main centre of Sapa which was super useful! The rooms have everything you need and definitely get what you pay for.

Bed was solid, shower flooded every time we used it. However, due to travelling and booking so many places in advance we never tend to keep track of payments as everywhere just feels the same. The receptionist on arrival just took us straight to our room…on our last day we got up super early and he was sleeping, we left the key and off we went to catch our bus. Wasn’t until we left to our next destination when he said we hadn’t payed. Obviously we payed after our mistake on pay pal but personally I think there definitely should have been a more conversation or summery on our stay when we did arrive. But definitely have learnt to check ourselves just in case.

Bathroom had a funny smell coming from the drain but wasn’t a major issue.

Staff were so lovely, 24 reception so we were able to check in when our night bus arrived at 3am. Also stored our luggage, able to relax in reception and offered us spare dorm room beds before our sleeper bus back to Hanoi. Room was clean, simple and comfortable. Great location to all the main restaurants.

Only downsides were that the bathroom was a bit mouldy, and we were awoken very early each morning because of construction noise. It was super loud ! In the evening there was also loud karaoke but it wasn’t too late.

They have friendly cats in the lobby !! Was lovely getting so see them each time we came into the hostel. The staff were very helpful when we had queries. The bed was super comfortable:)

Nice property in a good location in Sapa. Rooms were spacious and clean and were exactly what we needed for a one night stay. Shower was ok; limited hot water but enough for 2 quick showers. Staff were all friendly and helped where they could with tours and buses etc. for the price can’t really ask for too much more.

The bedsheets and pilow cases smell dank, like it was not dried up well.

I was able to book this hostel the same day of our arrival and the transaction was smooth. The hostel has a great location too as it is close to some attractions like thr Sapa Lake.

Very nice staff, very helpful. Had locker to store rucksacks before and after checkin for free. Lovely cats in the foyer.

Visitng Sapa at this time of the year was cold and rainy, so having a warm place to stay was important. Hot water doesn't last long and the heater in the room isn't strong enough.

Photos are accurate to the room. Beds were comfortable, but the bedsheets were old and had mild stains. The reception was kind enough to check us in early at 10 am without an early check in charge.

The aircond is not that functional. So im kind of freezing inside the room.

It located very near to the interbusline office. 600m only. And at the city centre so you dont have to walk up the hill. The hotel offer u a nice room for you to stay and put tour luggage if you arrive before your check in time for FREE. I am very glad for this.
