We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I was delightful of what the Hotel had to offer. I simply did not give it high credentials based on my experiences with the FLC brand. However this Hotel is extremely good. Best location. Beach view literally. Beatiful room layout and decor. So sparkly clean, without any detergent cleaning smell at all. I have a sensitive nose so any chemical stuff would make me feel bad straight away. High quality bed linen and carpet synonymous with 5 star hotel - but something lots of local brand hotels just try to cut off badly. The air conditioner runs well as well, a bit more noisy than your home one but hey, people use it every hours so keeping it at that quality at the hot city like Quy Nhơn shows the operation team of the Hotel really pays attention to what they are doing. Good works. Another best is breakfast is very generous and staff always there to promtly clear your dishes during the eating time. What a pleasant treat, again not often served properly at local brand 5 star hotels. In general, they have my biggest applause for everything. Definitely will be staying again.

The hotel was stunning, it was ultra modern , it was 50 meters from the beach which you accessed from an underground tunnel. We stayed in a twin room overlooking the beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel very modern & new, room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean, a balcony with spectacular views over Quy Nhon beach. Staff made us very wellcome, we had a one of the best dinners ever (set menu) in the Capella resturant, Danny the Executive Assistant Manager organised this as it was our 10th anniversary, he and the staff treated us as VIPs. Breakfast was amazing with many choices to suit any taste. Could not fault this hotel & recomend it to any traveler, especially if you want a special time. Steve Brennan stayed in room 1107 2 Dec.

NetherlandsI have 3 points of improvement or criticism: 1. The in room dining was unavailable, I called and was supposed to get a call from the restaurant but even after calling 3 times they never responded 2. In my room the neighbors would be able to see into the bathroom from the balcony of the room next to ours, so that layout could have been better 3. The sky lounge and restaurant on the higher floors don't actually exist / weren't open yet.
I loved the room, very spacious, great view and location, large bath and shower, and very nice balconies. The hotel has great personnel, most of which spoke English.

United StatesBathroom With water overflow onto entire bathroom Floor after I shower. Not sure why engineer here doesn't slope the shower so that water drains easily into the drain. This is all of Vietnam not just this hotel. But love the hotel overall. Love the underground tunnel to the ocean. Would stay again if I come back and would recommend to friends.
