Rooms are a little dated/rough around the edges but we aren't fussy. Had family suite with 2 rooms so spacious for us. Single lift which when on the top floor can take a while but you are in the middle of old town where space is limited.

Wonderful service. One of the staff helped booked a Ha Long Bay cruise which was great. Also organised transfer to Ninh Binh. Good breakfast, nice pho, delicious escargo pastry. Great banh mi store near by with the most delicious mango coconut smoothie. Money exchange street close by with good rates. Great location.

The room appeared older and smaller than what the photos portrayed but overall a comfortable stay.

The location was great. Right in the Old Quarter. Easy to walk anywhere. The beds were comfortable. The family room that we stayed in was surprisingly quiet for where the hotel is. I expected to hear motorcycles honking all the time but I didn't hear them at all. Staff was nice and very helpful. Alissa helped us a lot with the police when my dad lost his wallet during the trip. Oh and, there's a little restaurant next to the hotel that serves the best Pho Tron Ga!

We stayed at Flora Centre Hotel & Spa for a total of 3 nights. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed with the biggest smiles and the most helpful staff! Their positive attitude towards all their guest was apparent throughout our whole stay. We were helped to book a 2D1N Halong Bay Cruise, and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel with No problem, while we were gone. The hotel overall had everything we needed… A very comfy bed, a basic but tasty variety of breakfast, and the best location in regards to living right in the middle of the town, surrounded by many food options and attractions! We will definently be coming back during our next trip to Hanoi :)

Flora Centre Hotel & Spa was a true gem during my visit to Old Town. Tucked away in a prime location, it provided the perfect base for exploring the area. The room was cozy, clean and quiet, offering a comforting retreat after a busy day. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. The convenience of having the spa onsite was a definite plus. For a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Old Town, I highly recommend Flora Centre Hotel & Spa.

We are a family with a 10-year-old child and we stayed 5 nights in the family room. From the hotel, we liked the service of the staff, the kindness and willingness to help in any matter that arose. They organized a good excursion for us, they took care of a cake on our birthday us. The hotel had a pretty good breakfast with Western and Asian options.

Flora Hotel and Spa exceeded our expectations in every way. Jenny's exceptional customer service made our stay unforgettable - from helping us book a restaurant to offering fantastic local recommendations. She communicates well and very caring. She even guided us with our questions in Whatsapp. We also availed the hotel's service for a taxi pickup from the airport, which was very helpful when you are new to Hanoi to avoid scams. All of these are paid on the hotel. There are also aboslutely no hidden fees and all the items in your total bill will be broken down and explained to you clearly. We also got lucky, Our early check-in was possible(as long as your room is ready they will let you checkin early for free) and they even treated us to a complimentary breakfast. The cleanliness of all amenities was impeccable, adding to the overall joy of our stay. The in person looks much better than the pictures. Basic toletries were included. Aircon is cool, and beds were soft and clean. Heaters are all working. We did not have any issues with any of the amenities. We had a silent room and no neighboors were loud which is a plus. Their buffet breakfast was simple but complete too. They had a good supply of banh mi and ypu can even request for cooked meals. Another thing we love is Flora Hotel and Spa is very close to the night market and the lake, and everything which is a very good factor. All the good restaurants and places are 5-10mins walk! If you are still planning some lazt minute shopping and have already checked out you can leave your luggage with them for free. Another is there is a laundry service you can also avail. They can also book tours for you. Also easily pinnable using grab and google maps. A truly remarkable experience. If I will go back to Hanoi I will stay here again for sure.

We booked this larger room as we came off the back of a long flight. It suited perfect ad there was lots of room with separate longe area, big bathroom and super comfy king bed. This room was very quiet for busy city...as had double glazing and cool with 2 air conditioners. We arrived on early flight and could check in at 12 pm. Hotel is in the old quarter and walking distance to restaurants and bars and the small lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Jenny who could speak good English. Although we didn't book any tours through hotel i am sure they would do a good job. The breakfast was plentiful with egg station, vietmanese and western style breakfast.
