I just don't like the cleaner. The bedsheet got stained from the rose petals placed on the bed to surprise my boyfriend. The cleaner insisted we pay for 300,00 vnd but I said I have to pay it in the reception area. She seemed to be arrogant. If only she knew how to say it in a nice way, I wouldn't mind paying her upfront the fee for the stained bed sheet.

I like the room. It's very big and comfy.

Balcony and pool is a bit small as compared to what one can see in the photo.

Friendly and cooperative staff. You can drop your luggage before checkin and after check out. Language barrier is a constraint but they manage it very well.

First of all the bathroom door didn’t lock, so that bothered a lot. Room has regular TV, so no netflix or youtube or any OTT of your own. Free breakfast was not there as included in booking (I guess most staff were out for Tet Holiday so they had closed the restaurant temporarily). Room service has access to occupied room, so that was weird for me.

Location is amazing. You can see beach from hotel window if it’s facing front road. It’s located in tourists area so you would find all type of restaurant and cabs easily. They had lounge sofa inside the room and provided safe as well as fridge. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had bathtub.

Again, no hand soap?!? And the tooth brush/toothpaste was in a small drawer in the bathroom, and it was full of water?! Also, for some reason I couldn’t check in before 2pm, sharp… they had me wait for 15 min and I am not sure they spend those 15 min on cleaning my room or didn’t let me check in early?

Very nice location and on the 11.th floor it was very quiet except from the fireworks during tet. The staff was brilliant and only wished I had stayed there longer.

The policy of the hotel, if the customer arrives and he say that he pay later we have to leave our passport and even if the customer states that he will pay in 5 Mon once he gets fresh another person from the customer side should stay with receptionist. THE RECEPTIONIST IS A HEAD TOED LADY AND THE WORST WELCOME WITH ARROGANCE. ALSO BOOKING.COM SHOULD COME FORWARD IF THE CHECKIN IS AFTER 2 PM SAY BY 10 PM, BUT CUSTOMER IS PAYING FULL RENT FORBTHAT DAY, A SMALL EXTENSION OF ATLEAST 4 HOURS TO BE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY PAY.

English is not understood by all of the staff, but then Vietnamese is not understood by a lot of holiday makers. Every time you showered the bathroom floor flooded, a poor design around the bath. No external window, but then the room was only used for sleeping. Room not cleaned every day and had to request clean towels and toilet roll.

The shower was really poorly designed so the floor was flooded with water every night. It just needs to be remodeled. I am familiar with Asian showers that are intended to get everything wet. This was poor planning not intentional. As result, the lining around the shower was also moldy. Other than that, everything else worked fine, though the rooms and hotel feel dated.

It is conveniently located only a couple blocks from the ocean. There are also several restaurants and a night walking street just five minutes away. The staff doesn't speak great English, but they are very professional and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Rooftop view is great, and our room was big.

Well, place is not like on pictures or as in the description. There was a door bethween our room and room next to us so we can hear everythink (talk and and their alarm clock) from other room.

Pool on the roof was nice and location was great. Cheap price.

The bathtub inside the room was not convenient for the family who travel along with the kids as it was too high.

The hotel location was good and it was convenient to go anywhere by Grab Car with an affordable price. Got a lot of nice reastaurant and cafe around the hotel area.

The wi-fi at the 12th floor was not working. Inspite of repeated attention it was not rectified till my last day. The water in the swimming pool was stinking and not cleaned.

The room itself is very old. There was mold on the walls and mirrors. The worst were some kind of creatures living in the cocoons. Later on we found out that they could even move, therefore, we found them from time to time even on the pillows, that was quite disgusting. And the pool is just a name it’s hardly can be counted as a pool

The location is nice as it is very close to the neighborhood with loads of European cafes and restaurants as well as the sea. The staff of the hotel cleaned the room daily

The big step up to get into the tub to take a shower. There are no rails to hold while climbing in and out. I had difficulty so it would be impossible for an older person

There isn't anything local food nearby. Mostly high-end restaurant. Shower room window unable to close during winter. There is no gym at level 12 which they label gym and pool there

The location is nice, secure and near to the airport. If you are vegetarian then you will get veg hotel exactly In front of this hotel which is convenient.. sea view available, sea is 200mt away and clearly visible. The hotel is neat and clean.. worth it cost. They accept our booking even after 12 at night
