United Kingdomon our second stay the room was very kindly upgraded to a room with a bath - the downside of this is there is no sound insulation between the bed room and the bathroom - so on balance we preferred the first room
We did not have breakfast at the hotel - the cost was too high on an incuded basis and we did not check the a la carte - if there was one. The food hall in the Mall offered more choice and better value. Pool was great. Massages were excellent

Location was great, late check out was really helpful. Restaurant and in room dining was really good. Rooftop pool a welcomed cool down after a hot day. The room size is quite spacious, bed super comfy with multiple pillow options. Room is very self explanatory with QR codes on how to use things. Staff really helpful also.

In the centre of a major shopping centre and lots of choices for food, safe money changer and close to markets and easy to access everything. Breakfast was just awesome and loved the little touches of the pantry. A true boutique hotel with a touch of class. Great pool.

My family fell victim to a taxi scam on our very first day in Vietnam—charged ten times more than average price (1.4 million) instead of the normal fare(140K) dong. After discussing with the hotel, it was clear it was a scam. My first impression of the country was the worst. I gathered all the information I had and reported it to Fusion Original Saigon Centre (MG Mr. Huy) for alerting future visitors. The hotel's response was so professional and it was beyond amazing. They checked the security footage for us and contacted the taxi company to identify the scammer and get a full refund! I want to express my gratitude to everyone at the hotel, from managers to porters to reception staff, all young, polite, and with a strong sense of justice. They not only got our money back, but totally turned around our impression of Vietnam we would have for the rest of life. You might find this hotel pricey, but having finished a week-long trip to Vietnam, I can definitely say that the staff here provide service that justifies the price. It's clean, located in Takashimaya where everything meets high standards. As a bonus, the sushi takeaway downstairs is absolutely fantastic, even by Japanese standards, so try it out!

Perfect location in district 1. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops etc. This hotel is located in a shopping centre - Saigon Centre. The staff emailed us excellent directions and we found it’s location easily. Rooms beautifully decorated, very fresh and clean and quite spacious. Good open air pool on Level 6 and breakfast served daily on Level 24 with view out over city. Would recommend this hotel for its presentation and convenient location.

Modern decor, and connected to a mall with lots of good restaurants. Every floor has a pantry with tea, water and fruits, very convenient. Semi buffet breakfast w Vietnamese and western options, and sparkling wine on weekends. Service was good, helped us with luggage all the way to taxi stand.
