The facilities and location were fantastic at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication was outstanding.

A hotel with lots of facilities and a great pool on the roof. My bathroom was quite deluxe and so was the shower. It was a little strange as the entrance is set within a shopping centre (next to Chanel), but check in was easy and the staff super friendly. Great restaurant, but I opted to eat out and one day I spent by the pool and had bar snacks. Huge TV with a welcome message with my name was a fun surprise. I'm not that interested in TV especially when travelling, but if I had watched anything it would have been like having my own cinema!.

Very nice, comfortable hotel in the best location. Staff were out of this world, so friendly and so helpful. The rooms were super large and the bed was comfortable. The pool and rooftop dining was amazing too!

The gym doesn't belong to the hotel which meant you had to take a member off staff with you to gain access It's public gym but still good The pool can get busy but it's very nice so it's understandable and I always found a lounger Only criticism maybe some parasol at the pool

Very nice hotel I've only stayed in another 4 star hotel silverland Ben thanh in ho chi min But this hotel is much better and was of a similar price even though 5 star Great rooftop pool The best breakfast. Really delicious Nice staff Good location Very relaxing hotel I was unsure about a hotel located in a mall but it was great Very very comfortable beds Will definitely stay here again if I return to Saigon

Really good buffet and cooked breakfast. Excellent service from all the staff. Room was spotless. Hotel is located in a very central location. Lovely staff. They have a nice pantry service with coffee machine, pastries and fruit.

on our second stay the room was very kindly upgraded to a room with a bath - the downside of this is there is no sound insulation between the bed room and the bathroom - so on balance we preferred the first room

We did not have breakfast at the hotel - the cost was too high on an incuded basis and we did not check the a la carte - if there was one. The food hall in the Mall offered more choice and better value. Pool was great. Massages were excellent

Hot water ran out quickly

Location was great, late check out was really helpful. Restaurant and in room dining was really good. Rooftop pool a welcomed cool down after a hot day. The room size is quite spacious, bed super comfy with multiple pillow options. Room is very self explanatory with QR codes on how to use things. Staff really helpful also.

In the centre of a major shopping centre and lots of choices for food, safe money changer and close to markets and easy to access everything. Breakfast was just awesome and loved the little touches of the pantry. A true boutique hotel with a touch of class. Great pool.
