I had heard that there was free spa treatment, but his wasn't available on my tariff. There wasn't a pool.

Welcoming staff, always helpful and friendly. Room was a combination of functional and homely. Tea/coffee facilities were most welcome. TV had BBC World as primary channel. Breakfasts were excellent with great choice and a mix of local and international fare.

The location was super convenient to visit the most emblematic things in the capital. Just walking. The breakfast was complete, and the room was really comfortable, it was suites. Because before booking I saw that there were comments complaining about the room and normal if they did not take the option with a view. It was a point that the hotel let us take a shower even after we had left "the room at check out time". It was appreciated.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodation exceeded my expectation. I loved the quiet neighborhood street and the modern suite. It was great to have a separate space with a fridge and microwave, and a very attractive bath room and shower that created a sense of peace. I also liked that there was a great desk and chair, plus a sofa and another chair. The wall art was great too. If I am in the area I'd love to stay there again.

Got a smaller room despite the same booking as my previous stay a week ago. Shower area was too small and water kept flowing out. Also could do with harder pillows.

Pillows were a little on the soft side, but different people like different things so no real complaint.

Excellent location in District 1. Beautiful Scandi wood type room which provides a welcome break from the hustle of HCMC. Very professional and friendly staff with very good English.

The design of the curb-less shower in the bathroom meant water splashed over the entire bathroom floor meaning we had to wipe it up after every shower to avoid wet socks. the lights in the lobby/ restaurant are turned off at night leaving a dim lit entry to the elevators.

The staff was very friendly on arrival and offered us a delicious welcome drink as we completed our check-in. The room was very spacious and clean when we arrived. the location is great for access to everything you could want in district 1, and for further excursions the hotel had a nice space to wait for a Grab.

Nothing - couldn't fault it in the slightest.

Me and my other half stayed for 6 nights in August and were over the moon with our stay here. If you're thinking of booking here, don't hesitate and get it booked. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was great, rooms were gorgeous. It was down a quiet road and really close by to everything either walkable or a short 'grab' ride away. The rooms were big, had everything you needed and were super clean. So glad we stayed here.

The water coolers on the floor went missing and never returned. But the lobby cafe staff were super helpful if asked for assistance to refill water. Also the A/C at the whole lobby (incl cafe where breakfast was served) seemed to be not working during one morning and no fans so was getting pretty warm by the time I finished breakfast. Not sure if deliberate energy conservation...

Room spacious, appreciate the ceiling fan in efforts to use less energy. Kitchenette with cutlery and bowls became very handy for dining takeaway during rainy days.
