Maybe a 30 minute walk to the main tourist market. But plenty of what you need in the immediate area.

Top notch. It's hard to imagine how Tai and his parents could provide a better value or more pleasant stay. I think I got the best room, but it was lovely, bright, clean, balcony, filtered water provided, solid Internet. Even Netflix. Access to small communal kitchen. A warm welcome, and genuine concern for the needs of guests. Help with bookings. Tai speaks great English. A treat of mother's lotus soup, including a generous helping of the tenderest pork ribs I've had for a while. A home from home. I hope to be back sometime.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Well located with large and comfortable rooms and the best service possible from Tai and his lovely family. We had so much brilliant advice and even had help with the odd translation in local restaurants from Tai over whatsapp. We will always remember this great stay. Thanks so much Tai

Thé family were very nice to us and very attentive to our needs. The rooms and whole hotel is so clean, spotless. They changed the towels everyday, they provide the water everyday and they gave us a small gift when we parted which means a lot for us coz it makes us feel to be part of the family. I will stay here again if I’m going to visit Dalat again . Thank you

The owners are nice people; the room and everything else was clean; very good water pressure (hot water all the time), walking distance to restaurants; the owners can help you with ideas where to eat and what to do around; they even helped me with printing some documents. You can rent scooters if you want (130k/ day, i think). 20 min walk to the city center. Water, tea and coffee available all the time (no extra cost).

Very clean room, comfy bed and hot shower. Friendly atmosphere. The location was quiet at night. Tai helped me arrange my bus to HCMC and shared great tips on places to eat and things to see. Free water in kitchen and access to fridge and cooking facilities. Scooters for rent meant I could go on some nice trips around Da Lat.

Tai is so friendly and helpful, we turned up at 7am and he let us use showers so we could go out before our room check in was ready. He was also very good at recommending places to eat and things to do in Da Lat. Nothing was too far away we could walk to a lot of things so the location was perfect! Room was nice and big and clean!

Room is slightly humid but it's a problem I've seen in lots of structure in Dalat, but nothing you must care of!

Clean, central accommodation close to everything. Hotel is run by a friendly, helpful guy Tai and his lovely Mum and Dad. They are all super kind and helpful. I hurt my foot and they went out of their way to try and help me heal it. Tai has great recommendations and goes out of his way to ensure his guests have a good time. Room is clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking a lively part of town.
