Nothing to fault except trash in the bay, we wish Vietnam government would do something about this, we saw the cruise sent out people to clean trash from the sea but there was so much trash it seemed alarming. There were lots of insects too, which I think came from the trash :(

All the staff and crew were really professional and helpful. They made our stay extra special with an upgrade and birthday cake after dinner. Our room was spacious and clean and all the activities were well organized. Food was exceptional too.

Some “parts” of the cruise need to change. Such as the speaker and the steps of the stairs. Most of the time, we couldn’t hear what the message was conveyed as the speaker seems to be not working.

Stayed for 2 nights, instead of 1, it’s a good trip if you’re looking to relax and take your time. I love the staff in this cruise, they take pride in their work and very welcoming. Thank you Jack and Peter.

Amazing cruising experience. Beautiful and clean room, gorgeous bath overlooking the breaktaking view of Halong bay. Excellent seafood dinner, very fresh and generous portion. Staff was caring and very helpful. Overall superb!

Great destination for couple, super romantic, especially at sunset. Staff was very caring, helpful and informative. Our dietary preferences were taken down carefully and catered to exactly as required. Cabin was spacious and clean. Overall experience: 10/10

Great destination for lone traveller. I have all the space and time for myself but whenever I need company, the staff will be there to take care of me. Food was excellent, very fresh and well presented, portion was huge tbh. I couldn't finish my dinner set meal. Great back ground music selection, and this is very important, at least to me :) Last but not least, the room was incredibly beautiful, comfortable bed, a tub overlooking the bay, a standing shower if you do not want to bother with the tub, a bidet which I recently got weirdly emotionally attached to ^^. There's room for improvement like the dripping faucet or poor ventilation at times during the day but still I would rate this experience 10/10.

Cabins that are located next to the engine will be quite noisy

Everything was included for a 2 days 1 night stay at a reasonable price. We only paid for the drinks and although it was a bit pricey it's understandable considering we're on a cruise. Service was excellent and our room was gorgeous. Highly recommend!

It was a bit noisy sometimes being near the engine, also the cave area felt a bit touristy but this is a problem for all cruises I guess. Not a big deal since we still enjoyed the whole experience very much.

We booked the junior suite and got upgraded to the executive suite on higher deck which was a nice surprise. The room was very cozy and clean and the most beautiful tub overlooking the bay. Food was really good imo, we really enjoyed the seafood dinner and they had a surprisingly good selection of wine. The staff however was the best part of our stay. Our guide Lilian did a wonderful job and we just loved and appreciated her so much. What a kind and beautiful soul! If you're thinking about doing Halong bay cruise, we genuinely recommend this cruise company!

Pretty dead at night

Super clean and comfortable room, food was excellent and staff went above and beyond to take care of our every needs. Make sure to let them know in advance your dietary requirements, we're vegan and had a difficult time finding good food when travelling but they fed us really well. Highly recommend!

Room was spacious with amazing seascapes and gorgeous contemporary design. Cheerful and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Food was ok, nothing fancy but was tasty and with plenty of options to choose from. Bus ride to and from the cruise was punctual and very comfortable.

Halong bay was heavenly and the boat itself was very beautiful too. We booked the 2 nights package and loved the 2nd day itinerary where we biked to the old village, met lovely local people and had a delicious meal. We even did fish massage which was so weird but fun lol Highly recommend this excursion and this tour company!

Our room was a bit small for 2 people, food was okay, services such as spa are pricey

Staff was exceptional, Sam was our butler and he was extremely helpful. I was on the cruise simply for some quiet time, so I didn't bother with any other activities such as kayaking or exploring villages. Sam ensured that he accommodated my request, and I had a great time. The boat overall is really nice and suitable for taking photos to put up on Instagram, the interior was just amazing.

Happy hour could be improved

Beautiful boat and very good service, huge food portion that we couldn't finish which felt a bit wasteful but overall a very good experience.

The drinks were more on the expensive side- about 250,000 for a glass of wine. Beer was cheaper. They did do a happy hour though from 5-9 which included all drinks.

The boat itself is gorgeous and has a nice amount of rooms but not so much that the boat is packed with people. The lunch/ dinner/ brunch was 10/10. The staff were incredible. We really enjoyed the kayaking and squid fishing!

Halong bay is a beauty and you should not miss out on it if you're ever in Vietnam. We also felt lucky we went with Le Theatre cruise because the experience we had was absolutely amazing. Everything from start to finish was done to perfection, the food, the service, the atmosphere, we couldn't fault a thing. 10/10

More entertainment after dinner would be good, it felt like everything stopped at 8pm and most people therefore just went to bed!

We had an absolutely wonderful time, met some amazing people and shared many fond memories with them. Strong recommendation on booking the 2 nights package instead of 1 night because the 2nd day biking in Cat ba was the highlight of the tour. The activities are well organized and didn't feel rushed. Food was amazing and service was top notch. Would do this again in a heart beat!

The boat is very clean and modern. We had a free upgrade to an upper deck room which came as a nice surprise. Everything ran smoothly and the staff took really good care of us so many thanks to them especially Lilian. We don't really leave review unless something really bothers us but we felt Lilian in particular and her team in general deserved a shout out for their incredible effort to make us feel at home. 10/10 recommend!

The itinerary has too many gaps. We did the three day itinerary and the third stay to see the caves was a waste of time. I wish they would allow you to see cat ba island on the second day and then allow you to go back to Hanoi. After cat ba island you have nothing to do from 3pm.

We are vegetarian and thought we might struggle on a cruise. However the staff went above and beyond and catered for our diet with delicious food. The staff are amazing and the properly is clean

The best cruise we've been on. Crew members and staffs are super kind, caring, informative and some have great sense of humor even :) Food was amazing and rooms are very very clean. The overall experience was awesome and we'd highly recommend this tour and cruise company!
