Only tiny thing was the gym facilities were a little lacking; the treadmill was possibly not set up properly and a bit unsteady and shaky and made a loud noise when used. Must have been annoying for the people in the spa next door to hear.

location and facilites were fantastic but the main draw was the staff who were super helpful. Our hostess Vivienne was amazing, she looked after us very well and nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend.

Breakfast up at the rooftop bar was delicious with the best variety we had anywhere. Really comfortable bed too. We were travelling through Vietnam and Cambodia and this was our favourite hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. I loved the location, a haven in the midst of all the wonderful bustle of Hanoi.

Would have liked usb points in the room.

The hotel was great and we received an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The facilities were great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Of note was the Sky Bar - the cocktails and staff were fantastic. The location is amazing in the middle of the Old Quarter with everything within easy walking distance.

The hotel booked us a taxi, it was promised to be better than a Grab for the extra money but it certainly wasn’t. Old car, smelt of cigarette smoke, hairy driving !

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel's location in the old quarter was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. Given the chance, I would gladly stay at the same again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable Boutique Hotel with amazing staff. Extremely clean, luxurious and great value for money. Chris is always on hand to make everything easy, great service with a smile. Buffet Breakfast exceptional with amazing views.

- Shower isn’t great (knob was clumsy and water temperature inconsistent) - Staff, although helpful, were way too pushy on recommendations and especially on asking to leave good reviews. They asked us to leave reviews on booking, tripadvisor and even showed us a QR link to review on google, telling us to do it there and then in front of them.

Really nice hotel in a good location in the old quarter. Even though our room was at the front overlooking the street we never heard any noise disturbances . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Slept really well in comfy beds, high standard of interior design.

The hotel is relatively new so fixture’s, fittings and general maintenance reflects that. On arrival I was greeted by the reception staff like I was returning home after a long time. I was given tea ☕️ and candy 🍬 whilst they prepared the paperwork and given a guided tour of the hotel. I was also given a free upgrade (without asking) from a deluxe room to a junior suite and complimentary breakfast (good varied selection) even though I was only staying one night. Small swimming pool on the roof and sharing space with a roof top bar. Excellent service from the manager and his staff and would happily stay again 😊

The staff at GM was the most attentive that I've ever experienced. They noticed our arrival instantly and came help carry the bags inside the hotel. They even gave me a cup of La Han tea when they noticed I was coughing. The Indochina interior in the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was also good considered the size of the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean .Good shower and modern bathroom. Fantastic staff. So welcoming and could not do enough to help. There is a lovely rooftop bar with views across the city. The breakfast was also very good with a buffet as well as a choice of options from a menu. The spa does great massages. The location is very central near the lake and a short walk from train street I would definitely stay here again An excellent hotel with excellent staff

Our stay was perfect. The room was incredible, super comfortable perfectly clean and decorated with taste. Breafast is great, and the pool & skybar are amazing. Cherry on the cake the staff was soooo incredible! They helped us with our laundry, booking tour with really good price, great places to eat (regarding our criterias), massage, even advice me a place to make my nails!! Gary and Vivan was especially amazing with us. We are really sad to leave. Recommended experience at 100%.
