Golden Holiday has the best breakfast I have ever had, so many good options to choose from. The room was nice and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. Mom and I enjoyed the pool, and the free bicycles to cruise around town. Highly recommend

ThailandRecomondation to the management: - The check in process must be faster and easier. Don't let the customer work and let him fill a form online to scan a QR code. Customer doesn't want work during his vacation. - Don't let the receptionist read a full document in front of the customer with the hotel activities and opening times which he will forget after 5 minutes. Put the document into his room on the desk. At least the receptionist must give the joyce to the customer to listen or to read this document by himself. - After measuring the room size including the bath room the size was around 25m2. On Bookin.com you post 30m2. You must change this mistake because of some customers already complaint about it.
Positive: - Room had everything what you need and with a well set up - staff was overall friendly - Breakfast had a nice wide variation - restaurant was ok with a medium large menue list - price of 33 US$ for one night include breakfast is affordable - location good Additional comments: - Positive: The receptionist took my objective complaints very well and told me she will inform the management. - The hotel is older and from behind outside it looks not very well maintenanced. In the bathroom there is an issue with lime on the tiles from the water - I still would give 4.5 star rating so there is no 4.5 star I round up to 5 star.

They provided a great service, explained everything you needed to know and experience in hoi an. The breakfast has wide range of choices and all the staff provide excellent service. look for Ms. Sue, she will definitely make sure you will have a good time in Hoi An.

Ms Sue at the reception was exceptionally thorough and kind, she took the time to sit with us when we check in and provided a run through of the sites and sees within the Hoi An district. She provided recommendations and advice on the prices and made sure we were aware of intricate things like timings. Thank you Sue. The hotel massage was great too, the location they have is a separate area below the hotel, which was decorated well, air condition and smelled great, better than normal massage parlours in the area which are ppls homes

Best hotel we've stayed in. It was my partner's birthday and I had messaged ahead asking to have a bottle of bubbles put in our room when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to decorate the room with balloons and banners and even provided a cake and candle, it was such a lovely gesture. Throughout our stay the staff were all incredibly helpful and attentive, particularly Ms.Sue and her team at reception - lots of recommendations for where to eat, tailors and places to visit. Lovely pool with large towels provided. The gym is small but fine for a basic workout. Free bike rental is a bonus as Hoi An is very cycle-able.

MexicoThe facilities are in great condition. The service couldn’t be better, they are always trying to help without trying to sell more. Breakfast is excellent. Old quarter is located 15 mins walking from the hotel, so I think it’s perfect so you can avoid all the noise from crowds.

Staff were exceptional! Hotel has stunning decor in my opinion. Lovely pool. Good location - 5 minute bike ride to town. Very comfortable hotel and will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great - try the pancake (actually a crepe) - was delicious. BTW: It’s worth eating at the restaurant if you’re too tired to go out. The Vietnamese dishes we had were authentic, fresh and as good as any in Hoi An.

Had a really lovely afternoon enjoying the pool and cocktails, and the laundry service was great. The room itself was a good size, comfy bed and pillows. I would recommend Golden to my family and friends.
