The pillows were a bit big for me, but my partner found them comfy. But I still slept very well!

Staff were so helpful and friendly with tips and ideas for where to go. They helped organise airport transfer and onwards travel for us. Both of which were really good and smooth. The room was comfy with nice aircon and bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful. The room is slightly cosy but comfy. Free Toiletries was nice touch and water refills

Everything about the hotel was great. All the staff from Zenky Lily and Lee on the front counter, the lovely fellows who opened the door for us, the friendly waitress at breakfast and the girls that cleaned the rooms couldn’t have been more helpful. From showing us how to use the grab app to giving us little tips about where to go and how to get there. We also booked a catamaran tour through the hotel which was excellent. Their little slogan leave as family is certainly true. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect, and the staff was lovely. Our rooms are cosy. I was having a stomach problem on my last day, and Ms. Lee helped me to buy a medicine. She offered me to stay a while inside the room to rest a while waiting for our cab to arrive to send us to the airport. I'm so touched.🥹 We feel so welcome in Hanoi.

A very nice room. Spacious and comfortable. We love the location and stroll around. Street foods, coffee shops, massages, and souvenir shops are within walking distance. It's close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and its attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in the old quarter. Great spot for walking around. Breakfast included in our booking and they had everything from pancakes and omelettes to fruit and fried rice. The staff was very helpful before we even arrived. Zenky, the manager, helped ensure a smooth arrival late at night by setting up an airport transfer, he also secured tickets for us to the water puppet show and held them at the front desk until we arrived. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and great for couples traveling with kids. There is a lift to all floors. AC worked great and rooms were clean. Large shower. All around a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Hanoi.

great location, rooms were very clean with all the amenities you’d need for a stay. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of variety of cooked food and fresh fruit, can also order freshly cooked eggs to your liking. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they’re happy to help with booking of tours, transport and anything else required for you stay in Hanoi/Vietnam. They also let us use the shower despite having checked out that morning and made sure we were comfortable while waiting for our bus, a really friendly bunch of people who are a credit to the hotel. Would love to visit again.

There was 1 member of staff who served breakfast that clearly did not want to be there! The others were excellent.

We contacted the hotel prior to our stay with questions about Vietnamese visas and Zenky the manager was incredibly helpful taking our phone calls and sending links to help us. He also booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport (approx £15) . The hotel staff on the front desk and door were very polite and helpful. We left to go to Laos and our sons went on a motorbike tour for a few days. We were able to leave some bags at the hotel which our boys collected when they returned for an extra night arriving at 4am! The location is in the old quarter very near the cathedral and walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

This cute hotel is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore Hanoi. Located in Old Quater, you can easily reach everything by walking. The room was cosy, clean and everything what we needed. We just want to point out the friendliness of the staff. The staff here definitely tries to make your stay even more enyojable :)

The thing that stood out most was the super-friendly staff, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Always willing to help and attend to any issues with a huge smile. Excellent location in the old quarter, in a quiet street. Room was very comfortable and well equipped, and of a generous size for Hanoi. Cleaning was done daily. Decent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the center of the old town, yet calm street avoiding traffic noise. Breakfast was really good and with plenty of options. They were good recommending us activities, and also allowed us to leave the luggage for a couple of days while we were on a tour. Hotel was totally worth it. The hotel is as it represents itself, no more no less and perfect value for money.

We highly recommend this hotel, in centre of Hanoi, basically we didn’t have to use public transport! Room was very clean and personnel was absolutely great! They let us check in 2 hours before and they recommend us so many places worth to visit in Hanoi!

More coffee options. One of the bed sheets was a little bit stained. Shower was a bit smelly in the morning (letting the water run for a minute resolved the problem)
