A very large and good spread for breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. Rose was exceptional both in the bar and restaurant and so was the receptionist (the guy, forgot his name) especially. Made my stay there very comfortable

The staffs here are super nice and helpful. My friends and I had a week using their meeting room. They prepared and cleaned everything daily. We also enjoyed lunches at the hotel. Very delicious Vietnamese meals. Thank you for having us a great week at your hotel.

Hotel location is good and the staffs is very welcoming. However to reach the beach front , you need to walk 2 road down to it But we loved the night market right in front of the hotel . Good seafood for those who love it .

overlooking the sea, the location is superb but what is even more satisfying is the friendly, helpful and ever smiling staff who reach out to make the stay memorable and comfortable. i have nothing to complain about. simply rated 12 out of 10.

Nothing to not like !

Our stay was completely wonderful in every way. The service was the best we have ever experienced and we have travelled extensively world wide. The staff were very respectful, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. The pool is lovely and the cocktails made by Pine were wonderful. Helen was so kind and helpful with everything particularly great with helping organise our beautiful driver Han! Our 4 boys, my husband and I could not have asked for a more amazing experience ❤️💖💕♥️

It is a pity the surrounds are in disrepair, but it looks like things are improving.

Breakfast was very good but would like a little more western choices Anh Vic & Pine were very helpful and a credit to the hotel. The staff in general were very good and attentive It was nice to have the night market operating right out the front and such a short walk of 100m to some very good eatery's Beautifull beach just 100m away, whats not to like

The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance, but we have been invited to the Sister hotel ( Golden Lotus Luxury) just 50m away to use their swimming pool and facilities.

The staff was very kind and did everything possible to make our trip even more comfortable. Special thanks to Helen! Breakfast was very tasty with many options suitable for everyone.

Breakfast menu could do with more non-pork options for us who dont consume pork. Perhaps more chicken/beef options.

The beach is within walking distance from hotel. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Staff Helen & Amber really go all their way to ensure our rooms suits our need & they would also assist with our currency rate change by personally arranging in our room for privacy. Rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Would definitely consider this hotel again in our next visit.
