The walls were quite thin, so we could hear the wailing toddler next door at night as if they were right next to us. The hotel has a pool but the loud music from the bar made it impossible to relax there.

The location of the hotel was great, restaurants, cafés and convenient stores were close by, the beach was within walking distance and sightseeing attractions were a few driving minutes away. The staff was always friendly and even provided us with a room upgrade and a late check-out. Especially Thao from the breakfast room was very attentive and gave tips on sightseeing. There were a lot of options on the breakfast buffet and we also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea service.

We stayed for 10 days this time and room cleaning was very hit and miss. The floor was never vacuumed or mopped the entire time….just a quick tidy and fresh towels.

Excellent value for money. Good facilities. Great location. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of foods.

I had to share my balcony with my neighbor. But I never saw him

It was my second hotel in Da Nang and it was so much better than the first one. Check in was great. The staff is very friendly. My room was huge and I had a balcony. Breakfast was great in a relaxing athmosphere. Also the location is good with plenty of food and drink options.

I booked a deluxe room with bath tub. The problem is, the curtains cannot be dimmed out and it’s very hard to go to sleep when it’s so bright.

The location is perfect! The staff are all helpful! Ngoc Tao the supervisor at breakfast buffet was so helpful. She made sure i have my yoghurt and fruits for breakfast.

The only think I didn't like was the breakfast. Certain items were cold. The juice selection was really nice.

I booked the room with the bathtub. I loved the bathtub in the room. Also, the size of the room and the bathroom was good. The bed was very comfortable as well. Whenever I asked for my room to be cleaned, my room was always cleaned very well and we were given new towels daily. The staff was very helpful, kind, and respectful. Many bars and restaurants in the area. The beach was within walking distance (5-7 minutes). Many places to rent motorbikes and you can park your rental at the hotel for free.

Excellent hospitality, very clean & spacious room. Lovely infinity pool with a great bar. Great breakfast options and eggs cooked to preference. Price is good considering the fantastic service. Good location, near beach and walking distance to restaurants. Smart TV which was a good size with different apps. Can pay extra for sauna which was worth it's money.

Very service oriented staff. The condition of the hotel looks fairly new and well maintained. Great choices of breakfast spread. Takes about 10 minutes or so to walk to the beach. The two bedroom apartment is actually two separate connected rooms.

There was "Afternoon tea included" in the reservation, which I completely forgot to ask the hotel at the time, but they didn't remind nor mention about this package to us either. I only knew it after the whole trip was done. They should have not written in the Booking option when they don't offer this to guests when we were there.
