The staff was so so good..welcoming.. Always available if you need anything.. Luna at the reception was indeed a sweetheart 💕 even came ro drop us till the car while leaving . Location of the hotel is great walking distance from the beach..so many spas and restaurants around. Value for money.

Breakfast for vegan was not very great as they did not have any prior information abt that, ok spread, family room facing was very poor only other building walls, few staffs were rude for just asking warm milk, few staffs were very caring during the breakfast

the hotel was actually very good, good staff, very close to the beach, and lot of stores, indian resturants very close by name gujarati, room was good and big enough for a family room

Nice and spacious rooms, great facilities and super friendly staff. Breakfast had a wide variety and hot meals were cooked fresh. Loved the hotel so much we extended our stay in Danang. We had a great experience with a staff member named Bobby who helped us take care of our luggage when we checked out.

If I have to pick one thing, the balcony wasn't really a balcony, just a big window that you can fully open.

They have a very friendly and helpful staff . In our booking we had included an afternoon tea ( high tea ) and one way transfer from the airport to the hotel in a private car from the hotel . Our room had an ocean view . Lucy and the rest of the staff were very nice and friendly

The gym was old and no clean. No AC at the gym.

It was very noisy with surrounding clubs blasting music till 4am :(

We loved our stay!! The staff were amazing and so friendly. The place was clean and very central, close to the beach. We loved our stay, but the one downfall was it was noisy at night with surrounding nightclubs

Steps didn't have a handrail so were a little difficult to negotiate.

The staff were very happy and customer focused, always helpful. The hotel room was very good, nicely furnished and the bed was super comfy.

Personally I couldn’t visit the pool or rooftop bar as on 16th floor! Only as I’m not good with heights, but otherwise a fantastic look out location for a swim.

All the staff are brilliant. They are warm and welcoming and always willing to help. We were a family of 2 adults and a 2 year old. We stayed a total of 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Golden Lotus Luxury hotel. The staff are exceptional and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay here. A special thank you to all the reception staff especially Oliver, Zoe, Bobby and all the other staff whose names I cannot recollect. A special thank you to Kevin, Lisa , Rose from the roof top pool bar and restaurant for always catering to our needs. What makes this hotel exceptional are the staff. In terms of facilities, the rooms were very comfortable and the rooftop pool was amazing with beautiful views of the beach. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of vietnamese and international food. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the beach with a lot of restaurants and mini-marts around it. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the warm and welcoming staff and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Good location right near the beach. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helped with all of my needs that needed booking. The pool area and rooftop is nice and massages are available on site along with room service and a restaurant.

I saw the staff that checks our room after we check-out steal the money we left for housekeeping.

Rooms were clean, modern and new. Beds are comfortable. Great breakfast has great variety everyday. Very close walking distance to the beach. Staff were very helpful.

Noisy nightclub opposite which went on until 3am every night.

Great location, just one block back from the beach, which we could see from our window. Roof top pool and bar were really nice and good massage in Spa.

The only issue was the loud music from the night club opposite the hotel which disturbed our sleep every night and went on till 5am every day. We are hopeful this issue will be sorted out soon. Otherwise this would be a perfect stay.
