one thing about this property is that it was quite hard to navigate the shower. the amount of water coming out was small, and we barely figured out how to make the water temp to the one we want.

it was a pretty little airbnb. it wasn’t as spacious as it looked on the website but the interior and pool were lovely! the owner was a humble smiley guy who kindly allowed us to stay 1h later than our check out time. definitely worth the price.

I visited over a holiday and there was a lot of noise every night until around 3am. The room also wasn’t cleaned during my stay.

The design is very cool! Loved the bath tub and Kent and his family are very sweet! He gave great recommendations for food and helped me get to the airport on the last night.

We stayed for 6 nights and we felt at home. We had an excellent stay. Staff were really great, room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom, huge comfortable bed, AC does the job quietly, mini fridge and a TV. The hotel looks beautiful, has an elevator and is well thought out. Location is great with supermarket and some good restaurants (Hai San 79 seafood is a must try) and coffee (Su Su coffee) within walking distance (but do rent a motor-bike to drive around Da Nang). So a very recommendable place to stay!

Everything in the house and the room has exceeded my expectation. Room is spacious and air-con is cooling !!! The location is pretty quiet and near to beach! The rennovation of the room is pretty decent and it has a lift which settle all the fuss in carrying luggage up and down. For this price around RM 60 per night from my last stay, the room size, lift and the facilities in the room is extremely worth it. I highly recommend to give a stay and give a support to the owner. To add on, the owner GOM is extremely friendly and helfpful throughout our stay.

We liked everything but we're not aware that the payment was only in cash or that check out was until 11am. Otherwise, everything was great and we are so thankful to the family for our great stay.

We loved the well thought-out rooms and the pool was perfect. The family that runs this homestay is wonderful and very kind. It was a great relaxing experience.

The location is in a quiet alley, just away from the main busy area but you are close enough to the beach. Spacious room and good amount of sun shines into the room. The most comfortable bed we have slept on, we had great rest. Universal sockets are everywhere in the room, no worries of charging our gadgets. The owner solved the hiccups very efficiently and gave us good recommendations for food and places to visit.

The general upkeep of the rooms could be better. You can tell the degradation of use through the years. I feel some of the finishings were poorly selected - these could be upgraded when they do refurbishments.

I enjoyed the room, the location and the staff were helpful. Easy access and sorted us when we were in need.
