The staff are the best I’ve ever encounter. They all went above and beyond to help our group when we experienced an unexpected event. Anna and Tam were truly the best people in hospitality.

Location is very close to primary sights of Hanoi.. Staff were very helpful. They packed our breakfasts and helped us carry our luggage to the pick up point as the road was closed for traffic. Everyone was very well behaved. Rooms were clean and had all the facilities. Bathrooms were large enough to not feel cramped like ibis hotels. Breakfast was sumptuous. Spread looked really interesting.

Location is really good, on calm street and everything is on walking distance. The staff in hotel is outstanding, they helped us with everything, even they accompanied us to our transports and tours outside the hotel! Especially thanks to Jennie and Julie!

The location was amazing as everything was super close at walking distance. It was close to food places, shopping places, the famous Note cafe and The Lake.

very comfortable stay . Room spacious , surprisingly quiet , powerful shower. Breakfast delicious and catered for everyone . Best thing though : the staff ! Harry at the front desk looked after us very well , gave us an itinerary of what to do the evening of arrival and sone great restaurant / coffee house recommendations . location was perfect as right by the lake .Jenny was lovely too and looked after us . Only there for one night but our bags were looked after and we were offered showers before catching our bus to Sapa ( kindly arranged by Harry)

Very nice well furnished hotel in an excellent location. Good breakfast included. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would like to mention Anna who sorted out multiple things for us I would choose to stay there again the next time I visit Hanoi.

This is an excellent hotel, location is just ideal in the old quarter. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, we were treated like royalty. Cannot recommend this more. Thank you Scent Premium Hotel for an exceptional stay.

The weather. I guess I arrived into the summer heat from 20-28 April. But the hotel served chilled lime and watermelon juice and bottled water for guests.

Location is very good. Very convenient to many local food and points of interest. Very walkable. The staffs were very helpful especially Anna for taking extra effort to buy local ice tea for breakfast.

They wanted you to not only have a very comfortable stay, but also wanted to help you ensure you enjoyed their city! Awesome stay. Clean room and nice breakfast. Staff are very courteous and caring. Even got a take away breakfast for my morning flight and a parting gift. Location is great but as it is in Old Quarters, vehicle access to the door is restricted on Sundays.

The staff are very friendly, Reception staff are all very friendly, helpful and polite. (Especially Jeanie: Good smile) restaurant staff: Traung, she is a very helpful and thoughtful staff who pays attention to details . We love her service and smile) Restaurant manager is also very nice and friendly too.

The location is great, located at Old Quarter. Just a bit not convenient bcos the road is small thus bigger vehicles can’t drive in but the hotel staff are very kind. They helped us to carry the luggages to the vehicle.

The pillows were spongy and uncomfortable. No powerpoint over the desk to charge devices. No ceiling fan ( we prefer this to aircon).

The rooms were decent, but felt a bit dated and could use a paint. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were very nice.

Location was excellent for old town. The staff were excellent. When you check-in, you get a welcome drink and one of the staff sits with you to make recommendations for things you are interested in, like restaurants, or sight seeing. Got 5-star service for the breakfast buffet. They genuinely want to make your stay great.
