Very friendly staff, especially Vincent working at the reception who gave is information about Hanoi. All questions and requests were answered to immediately. Breakfast was good with international and local options.

Nothing much , expect the hotel room doors. If anyone open and close their doors , you be able to hear it very loudly.

The location is very near the river , where the water puppet theatre is. The staffs are amazing, even the staffs at breakfast are so friendly. Felt very warm during my stay.

Convenient location, warm reception & sharing of the nearby attractions from Vincent & Harry. Jasmine, Jennie, Julia & Anna responded on the tour inquiries very promptly, and were very accommodating to our late check out requests. The waiters were very attentive serving us during breakfast hours.

Warm hospitality from the team - Jennie, Julia, Jasmine & Tam, the team was very helpful to recommend food and places to visit. Tam and Alex arranged airport transfers which made our ride very comfortable. Great location and nostalgic feel of the room, good selections for the breakfast.

We liked everything

The staff was the highlight of this property. From the moment we booked till we left, it was an experience of the highest standard of hospitality and genuine care. The staff who served us and did a fab job are Jennie, Julia, Harry, Jasmine, Anna, Andrew, Steve, Alex, Vincent andTrang, the Wonder Woman managing the restaurant. Her attention to detail was simply amazing. Jennie handled our booking communication with so much of detailing. Julia really went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

The street is quite narrow and traffic can be jammed during daytime. After we checked out, we had to walk to the intersection with our luggage to board our ride, Having said that, the hotel staff were so nice and offered to help us bring our luggage to our ride.

We were always greeted with big smiles from the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. We got the family room at the end of the hallway which came with a balcony. The room was more spacious than we thought and it comfortably accommodated the 3 of us. Even though the balcony was a bit small, I stayed outside a bit during night time to enjoy some fresh air and viewed what was going on in the neighborhood. Location of the hotel is within walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping streets. We were able to return to the hotel after shopping to offload things we bought before heading to the next destination.

Just a minor recommendation is to put a curtain on the bathroom window or door in order to block the sun from the room.

The staff is doing a great job at this hotel. They are all very kind and helpful. Weekends, the road is closed for cars, so the taxis can not stop exactly in front of the hotel (we had to walk a few meters), but they came to pick us up and walked us to the hotel. They provided us with helpful recommendations and kept our luggage safe after our checkout because we had a very late flight. They offered us to take a shower if we wanted. Very nice and professional team! This hotel is highly recommended.

Great location in the old town beside the lake. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious. Sky Bar was a lovely break from busy city. We initially stayed for 2 nights and added another 3 later in our trip.

The sound insulation of the rooms is not great meaning you can hear everything happening outside of your room. For example if people walk past, it’s loud.

Hotel in the hart of Hanoi with very nice staff. We stayed twice and the second time we got upgraded to a better room who h was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing to complain about. It was quiet, the room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the hotel staff were super friendly and did everything they could to make our stay a better experience. We also enjoyed the drinks on the roof top bar. Thanks also to the hotel team for the goodbye present - we will enjoy the coffee :)

Julia from the front desk was exceptionally helpful. She helped us plan our day with sightseeing, helped us arrange a taxi to the Airport, and reminded us of key things many a times. During breakfast, we loved the sumptuous spread and the smiling service of the staff. Rooms are decently sized given the location of the hotel. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a truly 10/10 experience

The staff at this hotel is top notch - very friendly and helpful especially Anna, Vincent, Jasmine, Jennie and the wonderful lady in the breakfast room. We were welcomed with refreshing watermelon and lemonade drinks when we arrived. We enjoyed the breakfast of fresh fruits, pho, eggs and bacon and pastries. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter, very close to restaurants and the night market. Would recommend doing a food tour. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Location is very close to primary sights of Hanoi.. Staff were very helpful. They packed our breakfasts and helped us carry our luggage to the pick up point as the road was closed for traffic. Everyone was very well behaved. Rooms were clean and had all the facilities. Bathrooms were large enough to not feel cramped like ibis hotels. Breakfast was sumptuous. Spread looked really interesting.
