The Staff are the best so helpful and attentive they make you feel like old friends come for a visit. The location is awesome the breakfast one of best we’ve had. The happy hour and view from rooftop also very good. Got a free upgrade on our return from Sa Pa.

Mini bar could do with some added juice… maybe even their popular watermelon juice served at breakfast. Just a thought if you’re reading Manager!!

Appreciated the rapid check after more than a 12 flight and a 80 minutes taxi ride from airport! I was also treated to an ice cold lemon juice accompanied by a plate full of nicely cut watermelon. Room was initially somewhat difficult to”own “ due to the bed taking most of the space and the lack of a window but I eventually grew to love the cosiness. Breakfast was an affair not to be missed with an ever changing choice of local food filling enough to keep one happy until the evening! Don’t forgot to request a bowl of their noodle soup followed by a glass of watermelon juice!! The service from the start was always impeccable and efficient. Kudos to Steven for going that extra mile arranging a tour for me. I was also highly impressed by their laundry service; rapid, efficient and reasonably priced. The hotel is tucked away admise a number of larger entrances but once found easy to locate. Surrounded by a host of restaurants, massage parlours, cafe houses, taxis, tour operators and the night market is a stone throw away as is the river was is closed off to traffic on the weekends; perfect for a early morning jog which is amazingly popular amongst the locals couple with hoards of groups doing Tai Chi. Enjoy!

You can’t beat the location for exploring the sights of Hanoi and specifically the Old Quarter. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent - it would be had to find fault. You can’t go wrong with this hotel for Hanoi!

Hanoi my first stop in Vietnam. The staff here are exceptionally kind, helpful and go above and beyond to help make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. I cannot stress enough the difference great staff just makes your stay that little more special. The rooms are perfect, clean and made up each day. Breakfast was outstanding each morning. Great Wifi connection. Perfect location!

Hotel was on quite a busy, small street. We arrived by bus which couldn't get down the lane so had to walk 100ish meters. Other than this, location was great with lots of food options around

Great hospitality, came a few days early to book a massage and was greeted with a watermelon juice. Very accommodating even though we arrived late at night for our check in. Helpful with checkout and offered competitive rate for transfer to airport. Staff was kind.

Everything. From check-in to check-out, the staff were amazing! The receptionist took the time to give us information and provided us a map of the surrounding area with activities to do. They gave us watermelon juice with fresh watermelon slices. Wet towels were given to wash our hands too. Rooms were beautiful. In the morning, breakfast was only served at 6h30am but our driver to go to our Ha Long Bay cruise was planned to pick us up at 6h30am so the kitchen staff accepted to let us have our breakfast earlier at 6am. At our check-out, there was a nightmarket event so streets were closed to cars. Our receptionist spoke with our Grab driver to coordinate a meeting area and the bell boy took the time to walk us to our Grabcar with our luggages.

Some hammering sound throughout the day, not sure if it was from the hotel or neighbor building.

Staff was great. particularly to mention the lady at breakfast (didnt get her name) who made sure kitchen prepares porridge for my mum after i told her she has an upset stomach. And also Jennie at front desk who gave a lot of tips and took care of us.
