after I entended my stay, the second room I was given didnt have much table space and the bed was weirdly placed. the shape of both rooms is a little weird, they are long and narrow. the bathrooms are also small. you must remember to turn on the the hot water switch in advance and when the room is serviced they sometimes turn it off. the internet is not very good, I was unable to play videos.

location is excellent. the first room I had was good size, the second was just ok. staff ws fine.

Good location, close to the old town and the lake. Helpful staff.....they organised airport pick up for us and checkin after midnight, thank you. The room was basic but had everything we needed for one night's comfortable stay. We evan had a balcony!

Love everything. Ngoc, the manager in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. She booked everything for my activities and it was seamless. The location was perfect as it was near everything. Room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and hot water were all working perfect.

A little expensive for long stay. But not complaining because it's conveniently located and clean.

Central location, in the heart of old quarter Hanoi. Very close to the shopping market, lake and plenty of options to eat & drink around. The room is big with balcony. It's clean, cute & very Instagramable! Overall I loved my stay and would totally recommend it if you like comfortable places. This is a medium budget place, better than hostels.

My hot water only worked on the first day - the other days it was luke-warm at best. Not a huge deal in the Hanoi heat, but in winter this would be a bigger problem.

Stayed in room 601 “Garden View”. Room was nice and bright, large but quite narrow. Bed was very comfortable, and the private terrace was enormous and a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon beer and watch the street below. Staff were all very friendly. This hotel is quite basic, but very clean and comfortable. Location in the old quarter was great, you can walk to everything you need.

Everything was wonderful

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The room was quite small, but it was designed in a really ergonomic and functional way. We spent there 3 nights, it was quite cold and wet outside - this room helped us survive through the unpleasant weather with its warm linen and coziness. Lovely terrace with free tea and coffee.

The room was amazing! Very clean, comfortable bed, nice balcony, and great sofa corner. The bathroom was also very spatious and did not smell bad. It was only separated from the room by non-see-through Glas walls, but that was fine. Very friendly stuff, great location, everything was clean and very new.

The room is quite bigger and very comfortable... The staff at the hotels are helpful and very friendly. You can walk 5 - 10 minutes to the old quarter, train street, cathedral, night market etc... You must try the chicken noodle soup next to the hotel, it was so delicious...
