the staff weren’t as welcoming as I read in other reviews they were rather cold and distant. My soap dispenser didn’t have any soap in it. Also that breakfast ends at 9:30 am that is too early

You can’t shower without having water everywhere in the bathroom.

We had the Sea View room, and we had a astonishing view from the 19th floor. Staff was very welcoming, especially the receptionist „My“ who helped us out several times with her skilled, structured and reliant manner of work.(She supported us even on her day off). Room is quite comfy. Beds are clean. Only the bathroom‘s shower could use some renewal. Thou that is not so bad at all. We definitely would come back. One of our best stays in Vietnam.

Great location easy walking the strip and to the cable car … even for an old guy like me😊. Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Room was perfect and nice and quiet even with weekend busyness. Breakfast was good … lots of western options. We would definitely stay here again.

The only oops: the breakfast service area needs to be monitored. I witnessed children running all over the dining area during breakfast. I also saw an old woman putting the food back into the service station after two children did not finish their plates. I reported this incident to a member of the dining service and the front desk.

The staff was polite and committed to providing excellent customer service. The location is convenient. The breakfast menu was diverse and tasty.

Although the location is great for the beach it is quite far from most of the restaurants, cafés and bars. Taxis are cheap and plentiful though. The spa was not as good as that available for less in town.

Sea view rooms have great view and nice balconies. Bed large and comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Hotel has beach beds available.

At 5am there is soooo loud music at the park in front of the hotel. It was loud until 6:30am. No way to sleep. Reception said can't do anything since its public area. They moved me from 10th to 18th floor which was bit quiet but still managed to wake me up couple of times more.

Breakfast is great. Hotel next to the beach area. Walking distance to everything you need.

There was a wide selection of food, for both western and Asian tastes. I particularly liked the pho, and freshly prepared omelette. There was always a good range of fresh fruit and freshly baked French-style bread.

The room was super clean. The view was amazing. We kept our luggage at reception after our stay for the entire day, it was taken care of by the staff. The breakfast was good as well.

new hotel 2021 , nicely located on de beach road ; very good value for money, great breakfast ; good bed, bath is a bit small but ok take a room on higher floor for great view at night you can hear the sea which is great. good tv with netflix, motorbikes for rent, nice pool and spa , good bed i can recommend it

There are no cocktails available at the poolbar, which is in the booking picture, there is no room service or dinner available. In the compendium it says they have a private beach which they do not.

The hotel is nice, very clean, rooms are nice. Pool area is great, and so is the pool.
