We had a really lovely three night stay at Grand Sunrise Palace! The location was great for us - half way between the old town and the beach and we made good use of the free bicycles and shuttle. The rooftop bar and pool was a nice place to spend a few hours too. I would say the top feature of this hotel is the wonderful buffet breakfast which is so extensive and has a lot of options to suit everyone!

The best hotel of our holidays in Vietnam. We spent 6 night at the end of april. All the staff is great and nice, especially Ame was always available to resolve any doubt and help us to enjoy our stay. In our premier fifth floor room there was a big sliding window to light it, with a nice view to the country side. The room and bathroom were Immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Very good soundproofing and air conditioned. There is a free shuttle to the An Bank beach and to the ancient town Breakfast is very rich of food, with a great variety of Vietnamese food and not. In the top of hotel there was also a great pool, where you could swim when you wanted. According to me this hotel is perfect for a family!

The hotel staff were really friendly, especially Nancy - she was always available for us and super kind. The room was huge and beautiful. Location was also great and there were free bicycles available, easy short ride to old town.

My stay here was exceptional, nothing to fault. The staff were so friendly and personable. They really thought of the little details also. The spa here was wonderful. Special appreciation for Ame, Lily, Guong and Lucy who were all incredible. And also for Cam, Tina and Jenny from the spa. I was so sad to leave here!

The location was excellent, halfway between the beach and the old part of town. We were able to borrow bikes for free and ride to the beach. The downstairs pool had a good atmosphere, breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent.

The soundproofing isn’t the greatest between the rooms, but I saw no other comment about this so it might have just been our room.

A beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Super close to the beach and the old town!The service was above and beyond. The staff were so helpful and kind. We had a really early checkout and they even prepared us breakfast to takeaway the next day! We cannot recommend this hotel enough! We were sad to leave!

The fitness room isn’t well-maintained … Some of the equipment was non-functional (the treadmill, for example) and some was just cheap. The air conditioning in the fitness room was also not working. We loved everything else about the hotel … but for us a place to exercise is as selling point and it shouldn’t “suck.”

The location was well-situated … Easy to get into the old town of Hoi Ann, but far enough away to be able to enjoy nice bike rides in the rice fields and to the ocean.

During the last night we had some kind of lizard in our room. It wasn't harmful but it made some noise now and then. The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but both the free shuttle service and free bikes are a solution for that.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Kathy was our personal host who checked everyday if everything was okay. She advised us on activities and arranges, all her recommendations were spot on! Everything looks good and clean, facilities are great and the food is high quality and tastful (both local and international options). The free bikes were very handy to get to the city.

Tours and information on the local area was limited. The staff although friendly didn't know certain areas of tourism that we were seeking. However this is only a small issue, otherwise perfect stay.

My stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An was absolutely incredible! The hotel surpassed all expectations with its beautiful rooms and exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were not only beautifully decorated but also comfortable and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views and a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. It was a lovely touch that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The breakfast spread was truly exceptional, featuring a variety of delicious local dishes that allowed me to immerse myself in the flavors of Hoi An. Each morning, I looked forward to indulging in the culinary delights offered by the hotel. Overall, my experience at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An was nothing short of amazing. From the stunning accommodations to the attentive staff and delightful amenities, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. Bicycles probably need to have the brakes checked and a bit of general maintenance. The sound system for the rooftop chilling area/pool is quite bad and needs to be upgraded/installed in order to create a proper lounge/chill bar/beach vibe. (Maybe they are working on this already). The afternoon tea could be improved with the addition of some fresh fruits and vegetarian options, though the staff helped to improvise as best they could for us with creating some last minute vegetarian options. The gym/fitness area could be improved with some more strength and conditioning machines and free weights/benches if possible. The prices for laundry are a lot compared to getting it done close by. Maybe they need to review this.

We had a great experience in Grand Sunrise. It is a modern and nicely designed hotel, located a couple of kilomètres from the centre, but the walk is nice and interesting if you don’t want to get a taxi/complimentary hotel bus. The rooms are large, modern and nicely designed. Nancy and Lilly were great from start to finish. The breakfast buffet is great, and the eggs kitchen was a lovely touch for you to order eggs to you liking. The doormen, concierge and security were all great. The free bicycles were fantastic and we used them to explore the town and get around in a nice leisurely way, and to see the rural areas around the town, and also to go to the beach. The two pools are fantastic, as well as the general cleanliness of the hotel throughout. Also the A/C keeps it a nice cool temperature! The hotel is a bit far out from the historic centre, but is easily reachable by a cheap grab taxi or bike. The pricing is correct and represents pretty good value for money.

The gym is in the basement, a little small but it's ok !

We loved just everything !! The personnel was so nice, helfull...they really want for us to have the nicest stay !! It was very pleasant to be cuddled ! It is super clean, the room big ! The pools are great to really swim and the view is 😍!!! Don't hesitate to go to the spa ! We did a body treatment with Sara and Cam and it was perfect ! Don't forget to go to the sauna and "hammam", it is free and so nice 😊

The only one slight hitch was the location. It’s in quite a local area as opposed to a touristy area. This suited us but there not much in the near vicinity unless you like the very local restaurants and markets. But this means it’s much quieter, and the hotel offers shuttle to and from both a beautiful beach and to Hoi An old town so it was easy to get to them. And taxis were cheap.

Almost brand new, beautiful styling, super clean, very good breakfast buffet and meals at the restaurant, staff were exceptional, and really great value. We’re already planning to stay again.
