Great new hotel. Big comfy room and bed. Good shuttle connection to the city centre. And close to Ang bang beach. Breakfast options are very extensive and delicious. Staff are very friendly and courteous. They run the extra mile for you. Special thanks to Ame and Luna from guest relations. You are ambassadors for the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality and good care. Last but not least the rooftop pool, bar and music were so relaxing.

The only minor downside was the room sometimes smelled of cigarette smoke. It didn’t seem like it was coming from the room but maybe a nearby room and the smoke was filtering through the fan system. This may very well have been the fault of a guest and not the hotel!

We loved our stay at Grand Sunrise Palace. We particularly appreciated Kathy’s helpful suggestions around the old town and Jay coming to help us out when we found ourselves stuck in a flood. The staff truly went above and beyond.

For some it may be a little too far out of town. But there is a shuttle and bikes. We had a scooter, so no issue for us. It was nice to be away from the hustle. It is only a 5 min drive.

We had an amazing stay here in Hoi An. Gorgeous hotel, great staff, delicious breakfast. The hotel is a bit outside of the main part of Hoi An but it was so nice to be away from the busier part of town and it’s only a 5 minute grab to get there!

Although everything was amazing, our room was a little bit noisy. Maybe it was just our room but the neighbours and people outside the hotel woke us up a few times. But this didn’t ruin our holiday, everything was so great that we didn’t care!

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Not only because it’s super new and the facilities are amazing, but because of the staff who made us feel like at a friend’s home. The room was fantastic and they even made it twice one day without asking, providing us with fresh fruit, water and homemade cookies. Both pools were great but the one on the rooftop was our favourite, great ambiance, music and delicious food and cocktails, everything at a reasonable price. There are free bikes and the hotel is perfectly located between the town and the beach so you can go biking everywhere. We have enjoyed our stay so much! The staff is incredibly caring and friendly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will be back for sure!

grand sunrise in hoi an exceeded expectations, best value hotel we’ve ever stayed at. we loved that the location was out of the busy downtown, and while they have free bikes to cover the distance, the security guard arranged a great scooter for us out front for ~$6USD/day. the straight road into town took us an easy 5-10 min, and there’s a dope ban xeo spot around the block. rooftop pool was ideal for a dip and some sunshine, free brekkie was simple but good, and the bed was super comfortable. special shout to luna at the front desk for her kindness, recommendations, and airport transit arrangements! 💯

Service was excellent. Thank you Nancy for everything in our stay, she was wonderful. Rooms were big and so clean and really nice touches throughout. Rooftop bar and pool had a great view and vibe. The breakfast was exceptional! I tried a different traditional Vietnamese meal every morning. The team in the spa were also exceptional: Sara & Cam and Sam were excellent masseuse. Jenny in the spa also was amazing for the meet and greet experience. Free bikes with locks were perfect and the security/door team were lovely in assisting with these.

The hotel is vey nice and new. The breakfast is delicious and many choices. The staff is kind and friendly especially Ame from Guest services. The pools are large and nice. The shuttle bus free to old town and to the beach. The bike is free. I would like recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in the Grand Sunrise Palace. Our room was spectacular and there was a good variety of food at the breakfast buffet😋 Nancy was so lovely and friendly. She always had a smile on her face whenever we saw her and she made our stay very memorable.
