The floors. They don’t seem to clean the floors. I asked reception to clean my bathroom floor again, and they did with no problems, but there were still hairs in the floor. I do not understand how this can happen

Awesome hotel, easily lives up to European 4-star standard. The location is perfect for Nha Trang. Staff is very polite and helpful, everybody speaks good English. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean apart from:

The hotel provided me with slippers and a bathrobe for the beach, but they were somewhat tight for my build :( Therefore, I only wore them in my room. The bedside electrical outlet had only two 220V sockets and four USB charging ports. However, since I no longer use this type of charging cable, I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. I spent quite a bit of time outside, so I haven’t yet experienced the spa services, but the menu suggested a variety of intriguing options, and the minibar prices were very reasonable (compared to the four-star hotels I’ve visited in HCMC). Additionally, the hotel should consider polishing the tiled floors in areas such as the Lobby, Elevators, and the Basement Stairwell.

The hotel welcomed me with great enthusiasm, from the moment I made my reservation, through check-in, and until check-out. The lobby area, though small, was well-equipped with amenities including a coffee bar, a quaint restaurant, and a cool waiting area. The restrooms in the lobby and the poolside showers were clean, airy, and fully furnished with facilities. The hotel room was quite new, we was upgraded to the Premier Deluxe, which offered a very spacious room, featuring a large bed with three different types of pillows, and the corridor leading to the room was impressive with the refreshing and cool scent of Citrus. TV that provided a variety of English-language channels and Movie. Although the hotel was not directly facing the sea, it still offered a slanted view of the Nha Trang Bay and the mountainous region behind it. The pool and bar were small but beautifully designed; we managed to take some lovely photos there. The restaurant was small, yet it had a variety of seating options including tables for couples, four-person tables, and family tables for ten. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of Western and Vietnamese dishes. The hot food station had basic noodle soup and an egg station, which was sufficient for me. It would be even better if Espresso Machine was served at the buffet. I am very grateful to Ms. Trang at the reception and Mr. Quốc, the bellman, for their warm welcome and for providing me with detailed tourist information about Nha Trang, which I could use to enjoy a holiday here with my girlfriend. Bellman Khôi and Receptionist Khôi took great care of my luggage. The security guard was very enthusiastic in giving me directions to a gas station in the city. The buffet restaurant staff were very welcoming to guests and quick to clear tables. I would like to thank the chefs, especially the server named Quang, for their service.

Nothing - everything was awesome! I would return in a heart beat.

My friend & I had the best stay here - the hotel was a perfect location, incredibly helpful & friendly staff, a rooftop infinity pool to die for and gorgeous rooms at insanely cheap prices. We extended our stay and therefore stayed in a few different rooms, all of which were lovely. I would 100% Come back! There is also a decent little gym, really nice massage services and a great happy hour ! Not a bad word to say about this brilliant place.

Part of the swimming pool was kinda closed, or maybe not - it was kinda misleading and weird. Also the towels for the pool were on the floor before the pool - and if you missed it you should go downstairs and the up again - not cool.

That was a really great stay. Amazing choice of food for breakfast, good pasta at room service. The room was amazing, I was lucky to have a mountain view - and OMG that was just perfect for watching sunsets!

Wifi was sometimes patchy, had to connect to different networks to find a good one.

Breakfast provided lots of choice and generally good quality. Hotel and room rivals easily with good european chains : clean, well equipped, generally everything worked well, no signs of wear. Centrally located, and about 100m from the fabulous beach.

The staff was incredibly nice, we were very impressed that they set up a lovely room with a cake for our anniversary. The room was very clean and actually looks even better than in the photos. The location was great, close to beach and alots of restaurant around. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay definitely stay here again.

Just a block off the beach. Great location. Exceptionally clean. Great facilities. And a pool with a view. See everything from the 22nd floor in the infinity pool. Thao Trang on front desk was the absolute best

The only thing that comes to my mind is umbrellas in pool area. There was none there and it was very hot to sit during the day. Also we were the first ones to go to the pool so I saw some dirty foam in the corners of a pool. Anyway, we had a great stay. Would definately stay there again.

Beautiful big rooms! We had very comfortable stay. Just sad that we only stayed for 1 night. Breakfast buffet was one of the best ones I have ever seen. Pool is great as well and the bar on the top has amazing view.

Whether you went to the restaurant at 6.30am or 9.30am breakfast was always cold, even the coffee.

The food selections were limited. The beds were a little bit small and our first room smelled like cherry cough drops so they had to change our room. The second room was much better.

Cleaning could be better under the bed. The drain in the bathroom was stopped which resulted in flooding after every bath. I brought this to the staff's attention but they are unable to resolve the issue. The breakfast staff are friendly, but when the breakfast ends at 10 o'clock, they stop being service minded. The staff gathers around the food, dance, Lauge and eats from the buffet.

Friendly staff at the reception. Spa with really good massage. It is possible to borrow towels to take with you to the beach.

A great city hotel, close to the beach. Our room was large and very clean. The pool on the roof was great and you had a great view of the city. The breakfast was huge and very varied.
