Very kind to allow us a late check-in at 3am since we arrived in Ha Long by night bus. Room super clean, bed comfortable, staff very friendly. A stay here can be fully recommend.

The AC did not provide heating, which was inconvenient as the weather was a bit chilly. The bed was squeaky.

The hotel is very modern with new facilities. The room were clean and spacious. Both check-in and checkout processes were smooth and easy. However, the location is not ideal; there are only a few cafes and grocery stores nearby. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to reach the busier areas, while the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The room was reasonably priced.

Not sure why it has „green“ in their name. Seems more like a normal Hotel in a kind of ghost town area that uses it for greenwashing. For example a basic thing to avoid plastic by providing a water dispenser does not exist - I had to buy water in plastic bottles. There are of course many other ways for improvements to reduce the impact.

The elevator made a very LOUD "ding dong" and could be heard on every floor. Please tone down the speaker. A complimentary coffee sachet in the room would have been nice because Halong Bay is a ghost town with minimal open shops. No mention of the services offered by the hotel. Does the hotel sell instant noodles? A simple price list in the room would help.

The young man at the front desk "Son" was very pleasant. His spoken English was not the best but he was tech savvy and could easily translate any written English and text messages. I was only in Halong Bay enroute to Mong Cai. Son gave me a wake up call and then a 10 minute warning that the shuttle bus was arriving early. He also spoke to the driver to make sure that we would be dropped off right at the border gate. Very low cost for the room.

It is about 15 mins walk from restaurants, but not a problem for is. The whole area is a bit of a ghost town but with an eerie charm

I gave it a 10 because … would we come back , the answer is yes. It has its faults but the room was clean, bed was comfortable . It was the cheapest accommodation we have stayed in Vietnam and presented excellent value. The nearby beach is beautiful. Staff friendly, Communication easiest through whatsapp and google translate. If you don’t like walking there are many buggies ( big golf carts) to pick you up.

The area is a ghost town, we had to order food for delivery which also took a while to come. Had a local who neighboured us who played music very loudly, nothing down to the hotel though.

Very modern and clean, the staff are very lovely! Get way more than expected for the cost, shame about how quiet it is.

It's quite a new suberb so not many restaurants available.And no coffee in the room considering nothing around so coffee would of been good in room.

The best thing I liked about this place is they had motorbike to rent direct through them and the owners were absolutely helpful with everything arranging bus to Hanoi.Washing clothes.And always had a smile on there face.

This little hotel is the best we had so far in 10 days ! Very clean, the beds were really comfortable, we had everything we needed in the room and the host was really helpful on every point. He recommend the perfect place to eat, not expensive at all and good Vietnamese food ! 10 stars for this place !

There is not a lot of options for eating around the hotel but if you walk about 20 minutes you have some options available to you.

We got great value for our money. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the beach which was nice. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel.

There’s nothing the property can do about this but this hotel is in the middle of a ghost town with nothing really around for food or entertainment. Wouldn’t bother ordering anything either. Both our friends and us had Grab food deliveries cancel and basically not keen to deliver food.

Great clean room, working lift, hot water, comfortable beds. Staff were pleasant and helpful, they even helped us book a taxi to Hanoi for a reasonable price with pick up. Wifi worked well and we didn’t have any problems with stay.

We felt very good in Green bay hotel. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and modern. The staff was amazing. They helped us with everything (boat booking, pharmacy, taxi). We warmly recommend to stay in Green bay!
