I can't think of a single thing I didn't like in the hotel. Maybe having more restaurant choice outside of the hotel would be good as you have to eat in the hotel restaurant. But this was no hardship!

Everything felt first class. The room was one of the most beautiful I had ever stayed in and we have travelled a lot! The view of the beach from the bedroom was just stunning.

I didn't enjoy my dinner, the chicken was so dry. It was great apart from the poor meal.

This was the highlight of my Vietnam trip. The entire resort is BEAUTIFUL. Stunning beaches, magical vibes all round! Our ocean view pool villa was a dream....... especially the breakfast on the floating menu that we had in the pool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I didn't want to leave.........

Difficult to come up with dislikes at all.

The layout with bungalows spread out is very nice. At the beach you only see the closest ones. The trees and bushes makes it exotic, and ensures privacy as well. Very nice beach with sunbeds. The staff are helpful, friendly and greeted us with smiles every day, we were very well cared for. Not a place for party and nightclubs, which was perfect for us.

Staff was very kind but not always efficient. There were a few misunderstandings, perhaps beacuase not all staff members spoke very good English. The hotel does not have a shop for things like sunscreen and is quite far away from any stores - be sure to bring everything you need...

We loved staying at Green Bay. The villa was beautifully designed and very spacious - loved the private terrace and outdoor shower. The pools and beach area are beautiful and not too busy as it's a private beach for this hotel, without many other hotels nearby. Breakfast was fantastic and there were several options for lunch/dinner. Overall a beautiful and very relaxing place to spend a few days.

The fridge doesn’t get cold so the drinks are warm.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is amazing. We ate at the Gio restaurant every night (Vietnamese cuisine) and we were absolutely delighted. The breakfast is also extraordinary.

The breakfast was really nice but a la carte food at both restaurants could be much better, especially since there is no other option where to eat. Also maybe increasing the staff number since the waiting time for everything is a bit too long. Don’t get me wrong it was amazing this is just a note to make it even better.

The resort is great, very peaceful and nice. Everything is really well maintained. We stayed in the hillside pool villa and it was amazing, we highly recommend this accommodation. The resort area is really big considering the number of people, so you can really find your peace and a place in the beach, it never feels crowded.

Nothing everything was perfect. It might be abit remote for some people as there where no other restaurant options nearby, but for us this was not a issue due to excellent food in the resort:

Nice quiet location with the nice touch of two restaurants and a beach bar. Ideal for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. Rooms where excellent, clean and well maintained we had a Green villa and a Ocean pool villa which had a private pool, I would highly recommend.

Whilst the staff made the lovely effort to give me a birthday cake (which was good) the evening meal was a little disappointing and not value for money compared to other meals we had elsewhere in less fancy places. The snorkeling equipment was also not great.

We went there for my birthday as the room had a significant discount and I wanted a bit of a special meal. Our room was a beach front bungallow with an outside bath and outside shower (as well as inside shower) and own garden. The bungallow was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. The massage was also very good. The swimming pool were fantastic The beach was amazing; plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. Breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing.

The prices for food and drinks were quite expensive (European level) for what they offer. For some days we preferred going to the “city centre” and try some local food.

The location and facilities are perfect for couple retreat. Perfect for some relaxing days. The breakfast had good options and both local and western food.

Wonderful resort for couples with young kids. We most enjoyed the long and very clean beach and wonderful breakfast. We‘d recommend the beach front villa near the beach slip next to the bar with very soft sand. The service was excellent! We will come back!

This resort was an absolute gem. The resort itself is beautifully presented and there are a lot of places to relax and unwind. We had the perfect stay in one of the beach villas. The garden staff tirelessly keep the resort clean. The beach bar at sunset is a must! The staff here work very hard to your stay is as relaxing and smooth as possible while remaining calm and professional. I cannot recommend this resort enough.

Our beach room with the view were excellent. The outside shower was a nice extra and the big Bath outside. The included kayaking, Sup, Snorkeling and bicycle was great. Breakfast buffet wide selection. Dinner at the Gio restaurant great.

It’s a little far for everything. In the other hand this resort is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Breakfast was great however after 5th day could be not so interesting anymore. Local fruits are always fresh and delicious. Dinner menu is great and 3 of us always had something different and delicious.

A superb hotel that exceeded all expectations. Everything made the stay special down to the smallest detail. We felt completely at home, from the excellent breakfast with the small cupcakes, to the soothing massage in the middle of the beautiful garden, to the large bungalows, to the clean and beautiful beach.

I felt that could have been more choice of snacks available as it is quite a remote area, and sometimes you just fancy a snack or an ice Lolly.

The beach was just Paradise, the staff especially Nguyen and Tran in the restaurant are great and so helpful. Everywhere was kept super clean and tidy again. People were lovely. I lost my purse, and it was handed in with all the money intact by one of the staff members. we felt super safe and looked after.
