- Pool tiny with very few loungers - AC automatically turned off in the night & no way to stop the timer so room alternated between very hot and freezing (as couldn’t adjust the temperature). Didn’t sleep well because of this - Felt quite sterile but this is common to all the large hotels in Nha Trang

Unfortunately there was no bar next to the pool on the top. Overall it does not feel like a five star hotel.

Overall it was a great time. It does not feel like a five star hotel but the price is very cheap. Actually paying such a low price in realation to what you get is awesome. Breakfast was good as well as the room. The service stuff was super friendly and skilled. Beach is near and awesome!

Great room with city view. Great customer service, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool on rooftop very good and able to be used on late travel day. Breakfast (included in booking) was also very good with a wide selection of local food.

Breakfast lacked diversity. Most of the dishes on the breakfast buffet would be more suitable for lunch. Spa Area was temporarily closed.

Exceeded expectations, a lovely, clean and classy hotel. The staff were very obliging, friendly & helpful. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again.

Breakfast is mediocre and ended earlier than advertised (I was notified about this by staff on arrival). Also there is a construction site next door, but in the top floor I could barely hear the noise.

There was a construction site next to the hotel, and they started work very early and sometimes finished very late at night. For those noise sensitive, better choosing a room on higher floors and on the other side of the hotel.

Most impressive was the front desk team, and its manager Mr Thi. They cared for our stay very much, responding to our requests promptly and very helpful. Greeting us every time we went out, and pressing the lift button for us when we returned. Breakfast was good with variety of choices and the staff were also very polite. The room was spacious and clean, air conditioning system was cool and quiet. Just a short walk to the beach and there were many restaurants nearby.

The smell at the hallways wasn't always very nice, but as soon as you are in your rooms, that is no issue.

Very helpfull and friendly staff. Rooms and view were as expected. Food was good as was the variety of choice. View from the pool on the city and the beach and ocean is truly great. Surroundings need some development, but good overall.

You get one key card which is also an electricity card so AC goes off when you leave the room what means that you return in pretty boiling room as one wall is glass. They have a system of electronic 'do not disturb' sign which also goes off when you leave your room so not really point of that. They changed all the towels daily even though it says that you can leave on the rack if you don't want to switch it out which we did. No bathrobes and only two smaller pillows available.

Location is comfortable - close to the beach and 'all the action', shops, restaurants. The View is nice. The pool was pretty great. We got an upgrade and some fruit - that was very cute 🖤

Excellent and varied breakfast, welcoming and caring staff and great pool facilities. Everything about this hotel is good! the staff threats you with so much respect and they really care about you. As soon as you run into any problem at all, they will be happy to help you regardless of the situation.

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes' walk to the centre of town. My original room was a little too hot, so the staff changed it and also arranged for the AC to be reset so I could lower the temperature to 18 degrees. Very impressed!
