It would be nice to clean the room once in a while, and provide fresh towels regularly, as I was there for a week. Some families cooked in their rooms so you will probably get the smell in the naturally ventilated toilet. But one can't ask for too much given the affordable price.

Location was perfect - in a quiet lane and walkable to My Khe beach with many good restaurants, convenience shops and well-rated massages around. Host was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable, spacious and clean. I like that there was a washing machine in the toilet and the fridge was above average in size. Easy to call for Grab on the main street. Wonderful value for money.

The owner is a really nice man, very responsive. Good apartments, everything is clean. The rooms have their own kitchen with everything you need for cooking. If there is not, don't worry, the owner will get it for you. Also the rooms have their own bathrooms with a washing machine. Bikes are available for renting. Quiet neighbourhood. There are plenty of mini markets and restaurants nearby. We always come back here, because we are certain that the quality of hospitality here at the top level.

Great place to stay, would recommend. The room is 45 m2 wide, very fast wifi, fully equipped like at home. Right next door are markets, supermarkets and restaurants with lots of delicious food. Walk 2 minutes to the beach, the sand is white and very beautiful. You can sit next to the beach and enjoy the delicious taste of Vietnamese coffee. My vacation was truly wonderful. Lovely owner, gorgeous room with comfortable bed and nice tall windows, plenty of space to store all the clothes. I was working from the room and the Wi-Fi was even good enough for video calls. Bathroom had everything you need, even a washing machine and some toiletries. Very nice and bright room!

it was a bit difficult to find the hotel for the first time

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore and get around. I got a room on the top floor. It’s spacious and fully equipped TV, washing machine, hair dryer… It also has a big balcony for handing clothes after washing and sitting for drink.

the host was so helpful and when I had an issue with the internet he was there immediately! The pictures look like the apartment. However there had been a water damage in the ceiling before I came but it didn’t made this stay worse. Good bed, lovely bathroom, kitchen working so overall a really good stay.

The building is very poorly built and every sound reverberates. The only nights I got decent sleep are when the apartment above was empty. Also the window faces a wall, led than 1 metre away

There was a washing machine but no dryer nor washing powder. The TV was behind the main bed, meaning you couldn't watch it from that, or the other bed because there was a wall between, not really watchable tv for 3 (nor comfortable for 1 for that matter). Room had a big walls where window was, and thus completely zero natural light. Other floors could be heard shouting, could even smell them cooking fish one night (window was unclosable)

the shower was nice, strong water pressure and instantly hot. Location and price were very nice.
