Location is on bay and dock directly where a lot of the tours take place. The location was especially convenient as my group was able to head to our daily activities with ease and no trouble. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. This was the best place to stay on the whole bay.

This property has great views and it is so clean and comfortable. The staff stayed up until 4 am for our arrival. They drove us to the boat pier free of charge. Excellent stay and it is so affordable with a great breakfast too!

Very few tourists stay in the area so it is very quiet with nothing to do at night. This was not a problem for me since I wanted a quiet stay. There are a few places to eat and some shops selling snacks.

I stayed two nights before and after a full day cruise on Ha Long bay. I was thankful to have a relaxed morning whilst still having jet lag compared to people who had a very early start from Hanoi. I was driven to the starting point for the cruise by the hotel owners. They also organised a shuttle bus transfer for me to Ninh Binh the morning after my cruise. The room was large and clean with a view over the port and bay. A breakfast was laid out for me in the restaurant area on the top floor; this included bread (there was a toaster), fruits, they also cooked some eggs for me.

Everything about this place was just really beautiful! The most welcoming and kind family on our entire trip! :) The view was beautiful from the balcony and we had the best night of sleep before going on our cruise. They also let us take their scooter for free and also dropped us to the port. We are so so grateful! Thanks for having us!!

Excellent! Our room is even more beautiful than in the advertising photos. The hotel cleans it daily, so it looks very new and extremely clean. The owner, the manager, and the hotel staff are very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. They have assisted us a lot. This truly is an ideal resort, very peaceful if you want to enjoy the surrounding coastal scenery and fresh, tranquil air. Although we visited during the off-peak season, the breakfast options were not very plentiful, but that did not affect our wonderful vacation because the hotel provided excellent service.

Firstly the lady receptionist, Ms Laura, was really excellent. Very helpful, friendly & polite. Great service from her. Although it's quite away from the town center but it's a nice hotel. All our rooms are with balcony & with nice view. Big rooms. Highly recommended.

It was the off season so not much to do around the harbor. But perfect if you want to stay a night before your halong bay cruise.

The hotel didn’t have enough guest for a breakfast buffet so we only had some fruits, eggs, coffee/tea and toasts.

Very spacious rooms, super clean, great staff, nice views of the bay. The hotel manager was so nice, he even drove us to the cruise pier in the morning.

The only thing I was not a big fan of was the breakfast but its hard to judge it properly as there was just one other couple in the hotel. Hence there was no buffet but rather we got some small low quality breakfast (pretty early in the morning). This might be completely different during high season.

The room was pretty nice and clean. I had a nice view of the harbor and the staff was lovely. Wifi worked well. The peninsula was pretty and I had a good time at the beach. It is very close to the Ha Long Bai boat trips so if this is your main reason for going there (as it was for me) then this is a very easy place. It was not difficult to go to the city center by cab but it was also not so cheap (~250k round trip).
