The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big - even a little bit uncomfy for me. The shower was great and hot water was available all the time. I could work for several hours in my room since the WiFi was very fast and stabile. For breakfast they offer a big selection of local and international dishes paired with some fresh fruits. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They assisted me in planing the day to explore the city. Especially Ms. Evelyn helped me very much. She organized that i could have a late check out and that i could store my luggage at the hotel during my trip to Halong Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. The location is really good and you have everything you need in walking distance.

Breakfast and staffs’ services were great and friendly. I left my avocados in the fridge, they were rotten because of electricity cut when I was out of the room then the hotel gave me free new ones for breakfast.

Me and my husband are travelling through Vietnam for leisure and we are super happy to have chosen this hotel!!! We could find a better place!! All the staff members are extremely friendly, especially Long Tran, Evelynn and the night guy who doesn't speak great English but is super cute and helpful anyways. The hotel is nice, very central, breakfast is great and they serve it even at 6.00 AM! The rooms are big, very clean (which is soooo good!), bed sheets are soft and mattresses super comfy. I slept like a baby The hotel manager, Long Tran, is very competent and professional. He takes such a good care of his guests, since you make the reservation he is by your side organizing the perfect stay in Vietnam. I relied on him to organize all our North Vietnam trip: his price are competitive and the excursions very well organized. We enjoyed Sapa, Ninh Binh and 2D-3N Halong bay cruise, thanks to him. Of course we also explored well Hanoi, by foot or short grab, because the hotel is in the old quarter. We totally recommend this hotel and his staff. If coming back to Hanoi, for sure we will choose Little Town again & thank you!

The AC wasn't very strong, however it was very very hot when we stayed so it may work better when it's not so warm. The bedsheets were a bit uncomfortable

We booked a room with a balcony. The facilities were clean. The staff is excellent. The location is also pretty good. Hoan kiem lake is at walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. If I have to mention something, I’d recommend not to take any sleeping buses with them. Unfortunately, the company they work with is poorly rated and not good.

We loved the location in the Old Quarter. The street was a little quieter, so it was more peaceful there but still close to everything. The room facilities were excellent - very cool air con & hot shower. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly.

All was great.

The rooms were clean and quiet and had everything needed. The bonus was the bathtub which was fabulous after a long day of exploring. The staff at reception, especially Evelyn, were genuinely interested in what you were doing and happy to provide advice and suggestions.

We stayed in three different places in Hanoi, but this hotel was the best of them. The staff was super helpful, amazingly nice manager, ready to help us with every issue, they give yiu extra earplugs, the breakfast was really nice, you can order from the menu (we highly recommend mango pancakes). The hotel is quite old and you can tell from furniture and walls, but everything was very clean and that wasn't an issue. We regret not having booked this hotel for the whole our stay.

The lift is a bit old and slow but that’s literally all I could complain about!

We got offered to upgrade to a larger room with a balcony on arrival for a couple of dollars extra per night, and it was so worth it! The room was huge and the balcony was lovely. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the laundry service was greatly appreciated. Such a fabulous location to be based. Would definitely stay here again!
