The shower wasn't behaving and we ended up with a wet floor after showering.

Lovely friendly staff, yummy coffee. Their willingness to go out of their way to help you and serve you, from organising food tours, ha. Long Bay tours, getting our laundry washed, etc etc.

Waterflow in the shower is weak but I guess it is a problem around the whole country. Drinking water in the fridge comes with a small charge which only you find out at the check out.

Hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi and it is very close to train street and other attractions in the city centre. Room was clean and big enough. Vietnamesse breakfast is server everyday and cafe is located in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

You hear the street downstairs, but you’re in the middle of a city, so bring earplugs and it’ll be okay ;)

The location is central in a fun walking street with a lot of restaurants. The hotel itself has a cute, cosy cafe downstairs. The staff is really helpful and helps you with all your questions.

The fact that it states 1 star on Booking.com while it deserves at least 3.

The general vibe of the hotel is really cool since it also host the fika cafe which serves amazing beverages and cakes. The staff is really nice and the rooms are spacious and confortable. It is worth every penny. I would definitely go back again if I ever travelled again to Ha Noi.

we didn't get the room we reserved. beds were very hard and we love hard beds but this was like sleeping on the rock. after 3 nights we were exhausted. toilet is outdated.

location is nice. staff polite although except main recepcionist they don't speak any english. breakfast is fine but scarce if you go for european version.

Absolutely nothing.

Honestly, we liked everything about it. We had already tried the amazing cafe downstairs a couple of times and jumped at the chance to stay at the Hotel upon our return to Hanoi. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, even after our stay. The room was great and our stay was inexpensive. The location was perfect for us, close to the train station and set amid gentrified pedestrian streets lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. Our favourite food was a from the authentic street food joint a couple of metres across the road, so we were very happy. We can't wait to return to Hanoi, and when we do, we will be staying at Hanoi Street Hotel.

Room is old and dated. Bed was very hard. Could hear cleaning staff directly above. It was quite loud.

Great location! Right by the railroad cafes. Coffee shop directly below where guests receive a 10% discount. I had a late flight so they let me leave my bags there all day while I was walking around the city.

Loved everything.

The Hanoi Street Hotel is delightful! The staff are so kind! The location is perfect! Just outside your door is a lantern lit, quiet street with lots of restaurants. You can walk everywhere. The Train Street is close by. They organized our transportation onward for us. We adored the breakfast. We really loved our stay!

The building and the facilities are a bit old, and the location is a bit hard to find along the small street.

Breakfast was great, and the hotel is near the Train Street. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.
