The shower is before the toilet so if someone has a shower the floor is all wet when walking to the toilet.

The staff are very friendly , food was great especially the fish and chips , spring rolls and coconut coffee . Room was very nice and the pool was great . The hotel is beautiful with amazing colours and art work displayed throughout the hotel . When checking out you get to take a small painting home with you .

Trying to cross the road to get to the beach. Car, bikes, busses and trucks don't stop they just beep their horns and drive straight at you even if your on the crossing. It would be good to have an over pass or of a traffic controller to assist guest to cross safely.

Friendly and helpful staff. pool was nice and clean. beach was just across the road. Breakfast was nice and always plenty of fresh food English movies on the TV. room cleaned daily.

Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel and nice and clean beach. After a week - ten days of the rest a feeling comes - should I change the environmental context? In the case of this hotel in particular and Da Nang in general, such a feeling did not come up. I wanted to stay even longer.

Some noises, the sound isolation is not 100% neighbour's toilet flusher proof! The bed was nice and even comfortable but kind of on the firm side of comfort, we prefer soft and comfortable!

We stayed 3 nights and was so happy we booked this hotel. Location in right on the beach with amazing views. Roof top pool was great, plenty of room to sit and relax, have a cocktail and enjoy the view. The clean modern rooms are a good size, large bed and 2 pillows each. Bathroom is good and 2 different shower heads in the shower. The staff are amazing here, they went out of their way to help, even approaching us at breakfast to ask if there was anything that we think the buffet needed and to please let them know if we needed anything. Really lovely bar staff on rooftop as well. The breakfast buffet is sensational! I have never seen so many options. It changes daily as well so we never got bored of trying new breakfast options. We even had dinner here one night, which I never do in hotels but this one was really well priced and the food was amazing. All 6 of us were very happy with our meals. I had 1 hour massage and 1 hour head massage and shampoo and I loved it. The spa staff are polite and served fruit and soup at the end of the treatment, sitting by the window overlooking the beach. Hotel even offers a free afternoon tea in the lobby. I can not recommend this hotel enough, wished we stayed longer. would definitely come back.

This property has exceptional staff who will go out there way to help you. It is in a wonderful location with restaurants and the beach directly opposite. The facilities were fabulous. Breakfast was outstanding and the pool was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Elevators are on the smaller end, so it would be quick to get crowded if it was pretty busy.

I loved the breakfast buffet! Lots of variety and amazing flavors. The hotel room was incredibly clean and sleek. It was such a comfortable room and the value was awesome. Staff was kind and respectful. This hotel is right across the beach! It wasn't very sunny when we went, so we didn't take the time to go to the beach.

The music from the bars goes on until after midnight and we could hear it up in our 19th floor room. The complimentary ear plugs helped a bit. I would suggest requesting a city view if you like to sleep earlier.

Beautiful rooms with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in a beach front suite. It was modern, clean and spacious with stunning views of the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free airport shuttle was handy. The buffet breakfast had a lot of food choices that were all good.
