All was good.

Can't expect luxury for the price you pay. However, all was nice enough with no complaints. Safe parking for motorcycles. Beds no problem at all, bathroom a bit spartan, but with warm water and clean enough. Decent first night stop for HCM trail ride after leaving Da Nang.

This hotel is a good place to stop along the route heading north/south. It's not luxurious, but it's a clean bed, a hot shower, and within walking distance to plenty of places to eat. The host made us some delicious Bahn mi in the morning.

It's not a palace, but any normal person will find what they need. Soft mattress and clean room, working aircon and fan, complimentary water. I did not find shower gel and they were quick to provide it after I asked them. Hosts were friendly although their English was a bit limited. I think this is one of the best places to stay in Khe San

Ideal.place to stop for a night when doing the Ho Chi Minh Road. 2 large beds, very comfy, no covers just a blanket. Fan and air-conditioning. Great shower and plenty of hot water. Lovely family that run it. Would recommend

The place is a bit basic and tired but cheap and actually pretty comfortable.

Friendly owners who encourage you to park your motorbike inside for security. Big comfortable room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Convenient for HCM Road riders.

They helped us with a border run to Lao. It didnwork out well. Due to misinformation, we got stuck in Lao and did not get to spend the night at the property.

All the hotel staff were very kind, giving us a portable heater on a wet and windy day and they insisted on providing us breakfast before we hit the road early in the morning.

The room was freezing cold. Two beds with just one blanket on each and a mattress cover. I slept fully dressed. The TV didn't work. The walls were mouldy, the bathroom extractor went directly to the bedroom. There were wires hanging out the wall and some sockets had sellotape over them. Lighting came from one strip light.

Nothing... the shower wasn't that powerful but plenty hot water so no real problem

This is the 3rd time I ha stayed here. I think it's excellent.. especially for the price! Location is perfect with Vietin and MB ATM's, brilliant Vegan restaurant, coffee shops, grocery stores and friendly photocopy shop (to print eVisa!) all very close. There is a big kitchen and dining area with filtered water and gas cooker etc The room was big and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.. and you can park your motorbike safely inside the hotel building. I'll be back on my next Visa run for sure?! Thank you
