The bathroom door of our room is quite hard to close, we told the management, but the management couldn’t change a room for our three days stay.

the receptionists are all helpful especial there's one super nice girl can speak Chinese which really comfort the elders. doorman is also supper nice and kind to host us once we have a short walk return to lobby. surely we will consider to stay at Halina hotel once visit Da Nang next time.

Hotel staff helped us with an early check in basis on availability. Great and polite staff are always there when you need them . Can rent motorbikes with them. Rosie, MyMy and Cara are very sweet and polite at front desk. Decent breakfast

The property is a little dated and well used. Shower not draining quick enough for example.

The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Could speak English well. I would be surprised with a glass of warm tea and they always helped with luggage, taxi, etc

The rooms we booked were quite small, so especially for two people in one room, it was hard getting clothes and things from our suitcases. My boyfriend is also vegetarian, and there weren’t as many vegetarian options at breakfast as promised, not to mention each dish didn’t have its own serving spoon, so cross-contamination between meat and vegetarian dishes was common.

The rooms were small, but very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The property is super close to the beach, and we could borrow beach towels by asking at the front desk. The staff were also very, very helpful and attentive, especially a very friendly girl called Mimi who gave us lots of useful tips and suggestions for our trip in Danang and helped us arrange a ride when we checked out. Another staff member even packed up fruits from the breakfast buffet for us when she learned we were in a hurry and wouldn’t be able to have breakfast. We also enjoyed a full-body massage at the hotel at a fair price. Overall, would book here again if I visit Danang again in the future.

They couldn't change our other room to one with two twin beds. My son was unwell and I was afraid the other son would be infected if both of them were to sleep on the same double bed. I asked if they could change to two twin beds. They said no.

nice to have a fruit basket to welcome us. Also they allowed to check in earlier than check-in time. Convenient location to the beach.

Very small bathroom and very small "gym" with barely any equipment. There was not enough space to work out there.

Maybe a tiny feedback - since most tourists are European, maybe they could focus their breakfast more on european/western style, but it was still ok. Nothing really too bad - there was always option of fruits, eggs and a lot of vietnamese things.

The rooms were great, the location top-notch, and the best of everything - their staff - these people were so lovely from the first to the last minute, on all occasions. In summary, great value for money, as you also have a sauna, gym and pool on the rooftop with aaawesome views over the city and beach waves.
