Don’t take chances! Why? The local guy (named Hung) who runs the hostel has stinky attitude, etc. when I told him that it will be nice if he is more friendly to receive customers as a guests he got upset and refused anything! So just to let you know my friend in hospitality you have to be nice to your guests! You don’t give anyone favour to stay in your hostel that’s why it’s called hospitality! Shame as majority Vietnamese are super friendly! There are friendlier places 5 minutes away where you get served with professional manner and respect… I know that he doesn’t care he told me!

Well, location is nice - place is clean and easy, very valuable.

It was on a hill and I had a hurt ankle. Also, wasn’t up to my standard of clean, but it was acceptable.

Breakfast was available on site. They made sure we were comfortable—left an extra blanket. :) Staff was very attentive.

Well, nothing actually Space is small but manageable.

Location - walkable distance to all restaurants and beach Food - nearby to restaurants and also she preps foods at the place. Try their hot tea..awesomeness with the cold weather And try the bun cha right at the corner of their street. First shop. Yums .

Wifi was really bad, we had to constantly change between numerous wifis they had which made it difficult to work remotely.

The Hotel ist in a really good location, still in the centre but still quite. The host was very kind and helpfull in giving good advice for the area and planing trips and bus tours. My room was much smaller then I expected but nice with a small terrace in front. Would definetly recommend it!

Not for noise sensitive people like me. I could hear my neighbors and water pipes. I was not lucky cause of other guests being loud at night. The place itself is good.

Great hosts, very well located, Hostel offerts great Tours, there is everything you need. I cannot complain except for not well isolated. When one person speaks liud at 11pm in the lobby and you're falling asleep, you hear it.

We booked a transfer to Noi Bai through them. I felt it was a little costly. And the driver was crazy, he drove all the way to the airport in just 2 hours and I was scared for life. He also kept talking to someone on the phone very loudly and didn't let us sleep.

The rooms we got were big enough for the price. Hostess was friendly and she helps arrange halong Bay cruises and transfer to Hanoi and other places. We didn't take the cruise from here, so don't have any opinions there. Place is located very close to the Halong bay start point and has many restaurants nearby. There was also a common area where we could cook if needed.

nothing- it was great! the WiFi didn’t work in the room so well, but we just sat in the kitchen area instead when we needed, where it worked perfectly.

The location is great, the rooms are perfect size and there is hot water in the shower, yay! Hanna, the owner, is a great host and helps you with everything. There is free water available and laundry option available and a great homely vibe.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable due to being able to feel the springs and the shower went cold after a couple of minutes.

The property was lovely and very modern - in a great location! The staff couldn’t be more helpful - they assisted us with directions to the port for Cat Ba Island and valued our feedback on the shower going cold after a couple of minutes - they were keen to get it sorted.
