It didn’t bother me but my room needed a few maintenance. A facet in the sink was not properly secured and ceiling behind AC unit had big opening. Hope they will fix that.

Ha long bay is a weird place. On the hotel side of the bridge the electricity turned off every night at 6/7pm. Ha long bay is like a ghost town. Hundreds of huge skyscrapers completely derelict. Thousands of empty buildings. Very very odd place it’s like it’s been hit by a zombie apocalypse. Did a nice cruise day cruise although the ocean is filthy

Very nice staff. Helped us with everything, late check in was no problem at all. Organized our whole trip for the next day and also transport to Hanoi. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Breakfast from 6.30 to 9 am is just too short and breakfast was not really good. Coffee was not hot, eggs were terrible and the soup was water. But for that price, I didn't really care.

Breakfast was limited to two options: noodles or eggs & toast + some fruit + a coffee with condensed milk. Breakfast finishes at 09h!

I really loved the location. Annie was a super star, the bed was very comfortable & the sheets were soft. The lobby was gorgeous & has a piano, if you know how to play! They arranged a day trip around Ha Long Bay & it was fantastic from start to finish. I also booked transport with them to Hanoi & it was excellent; really fair prices & fantastic service.

Breakfast was provided but not to our liking.

This hotel was beautifully decorated. The foyer was spacious. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. There was a fast food restaurant next door and an excellent cafe 1 minute away.

Slightly disappointed with the room - the junior suite seemed to just have a round bed as the only difference between that and the other rooms. Personally I wouldn’t deem it a 4 star, with the average breakfast, and the room being slightly “rough around the edges”.

Not many choices for breakfast. They did the same thing in menu (pho and sandwiches) during two days of our trip.

Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.

The receptionists are very friendly and supportive. You can also request higher floor for a better view with the balcony. The area are quiet, good for sleep. There are many restaurants and shop in 500m nearby. She also booked for us the limousine bus to Hanoi with very good price and comfortable bus. Would recommend for anyone come to HaLong to book here.
