One small thing. Maybe the entrance door to the hallway (Top floor room) could be screened off as it made the room too light at night. I should have asked the staff to tape a bit of cardboard over it.

Excellent staff, always willing to help you if needed. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot and the coffee is always good! The Hotel is right in the heart of the Old District and in walking distance of most, if not all, the attractions Hanoi has to offer. Stayed there three times when travelling around Vietnam.

First of all the receptionists were amazing - all of them were friendly and very accommodating. Special thanks to Rose for arranging us a taxi ride to the airport, giving us recommendations on places to visit and just being such an angel. Anothers are gentle also: Linh, David and Tom. The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was amazing too. They had a variety of continental/fruits/Vietnamese food to choose from. Lastly but not the lease, the location is excellent as well because pretty much everything is within the walking distance .

Stayed there around 5 times now and would thoroughly recommend. Great location and close to all tourist spots in Hanoi. Also close to tourist travel agents. Hotel itself can arrange trips as required. Staff can't do enough for you. Good Indian food served below which is a bonus

Rose the receptionist is very good and polite.linn explains properly in details she guides us everything properly about main location in Hanoi also Alex is very jolly person he helps us a lot.hotel Delica is very good specially for Indians every Indian should come in this hotel and stay❤️

when I arrived I was told by the owner that my room I had reserved had someone else in it for another night and that he would take me to another hotel he ran. I was tired and the idea of it seemed exhausting. He finally agreed to let me stay in this hotel but upon waking I realized my street view (that i payed extra for) looked onto a wall that was 6 inches away. however the girls at the desk upgraded me to a beautiful room for my second night.

The breakfast was amazing! A beautiful and delicious assortment! The girls at the desk were wonderful! So personable and helpful! the bed was extremely comfortable and the water was hot. The location was perfect.

The suite was facing the street with gave me a nice view, but it was quite loud. I had ear plugs, therefore no problem at all. The breakfast is sufficient, but there are also a lot of very cool coffee shops in the area.

The location of the hotel is very central. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you with everything. I got an upgrade from a standard room to a suite. I would stay here again!

They charged extra for checking in 2 hrs early. Did not adjust with checking out 5 hrs early next day. They booked Halong bay tour for me.when I arrived to the boat, I found my room allocated is lower deck. Which was never mentioned. While calling Rose ,she turned around and said she offered lower deck. Actually that was never discussed. I stopped argument as no point then. Suggestion: be very careful and clear about all that can be considered. Never assumed that they will do the best thing for you as they are always smiling and offering you different tours.

Very good reception particularly Linh and Rose. They are so wonderful in her behaviour and so helpful. Rose was taking WhatsApp messages in out of the office hrs even to help. I forgot the other gentleman in the reception, he is so polite and well behaved. Everyone is always ready to help. Hotel is clean. Centrally located. Breakfast included. And a restaurant in same building. I would like to stay again.

The rooftop room, which was too cold. And we could literally hear the sound of the windows moving because of the wind

The hotel’s hospitality. The receptionist Rose was always so much helpful. She even upgraded us to a family suit.
