No coffee in the room only green tea asked but told not included. The management were very pushy to give them a high rating on Booking.com. we were relaxing in restaurant having a beer waiting for taxi to airport and the manager followed me down requesting me to rate them immediately. The hotel would have rated higher if not for this pushiness. This seems to be common practice in Vietnam and makes the Booking.com reviews unreliable in some cases. This being said I would stay here again if in Hanoi.

We were upgraded to a family room with balcony so very big and comfortable. Hotel well located in old quarter but in a quieter street so not noisy.

A hotel is not a great place to stay unless you feel at home. At the Delica hotel my wife and I felt we were at a home. The staff that looked after us, Rose and Maria were wonderful and could not do more for us. We were able to leave our 2 big bags with them whilst we went on a cruise for 2 nights. Thanks Guys and all the other staff that helped but did not meet to make our stay great. Regards Peter&Thuy

We loved the facilities here but one thing missing is a water dispenser with filtered water so we didnt have to use single use plastic bottles.

This delighful hotel has the friendliest staff. Every one made sure to help us with anything we needed and gave us a very warm reception.The room was clean and so comfortable, the buffet breakfast was great and the location is excellent, close to everything yet on a pretty quiet street.

The rooms were small and dark, not at all what I had been spoilt with during my Vietnam travels. I know it's because the way these old houses are built. Also the shower was not hot and on top of the toilet so if you had showered it was a very wet experience to use the WC. The breakfast was very basic.

The staff were more than friendly and that's why I've given them a high rating. So helpful and were always there. The location was great right in the middle of the Old District.

· Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Location was excellent, being in the Old quarter and close to the city centre. Our room was fabulous (we had a suite), facilities included a roof top bar and 2 hot tubs. We used the Spa, my wife got her nails done and I had a massage. Lovely breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold food including an egg station. All of the staff in the hotel ( including the managers ( sorry I forgot your names) were really polite and friendly and could not have done enough for us to make us feel welcome. The staff were so helpful in recommending which trips to book and which we really enjoyed. We booked our hotel transfers with the hotel which removes any hassle getting to and from the airport. We have to make a special mention to Nam who made our check in so easy and he ensured we were satisfied with everything. Also Rose who worked on reception. Rose was so lovely, she was so attentive and greeted us every day with her beaming smile and genuinely interested in what we had planned each day. We will most definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to you all for making our stay so enjoyable. 10 out of 10.If you would like to booked the cruise to Halong bay ,Please come to ask Rose ,she will help you perfect cruise at the good rate!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. everything was perfect!

The location was convenient and there were many eateries nearby. The service was very good. The room was spacious with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. It was a perfect fit for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The hotel was clean and breakfast was simple yet tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rose who did a fantastic job in making sure my kids and I were well taken care. She helped us book our bus tickets from sapa and made sure everything went smoothly. I will highly recommend this hotel!

The Restaurant staff downstairs, in the evening, were not helpful. We (4 in my party) stood waiting for many minutes for some attention to be seated at a table to order dinner. We ended up just walking out and went to another Restaurant a few mins walk away!

The location of the Hotel was excellent. Our room was massive! All the Reception staff were helpful and attentive. The Hotel had a lot of info on Tours and tourist info.

Location in old town is great, near the lake and shops. Plenty of eating places for every type of taste. We had a room at the front overlooking the street and a temple - great views! breakfast included. Also offer good price for taxi to airport at 320000 vnd vs 450000 for metered taxis.

Showerhead was broken, one lamp in bath was not working. Overall- hotel is a bit worn down. Poor breakfast.
